Hello,
I’ve updated the theme as usual and when I try to update the slider revolution or wpbakery plugin they upload old versions, not the latest versions. Even after i deleted both plugins and did an install through the required plugins still uploaded old plugins. Shows the message in both: “Plugin not activated. A higher version of WPBakery Visual Composer is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”

Hi, is there a chance to get older versions from Catanis Core plugin only? A client updated but the hoster permit only PHP 8 now. And it appears error after activation. we need to go step back. Thanks. Mail: t.kokoska@gmail.com

Hi, the theme is working for the most part, but when i switch to footer style v4 in the customize section or a specific page, it doesn’t show my updated values. i only see default values. the other footer styles work properly however.

Hello! Im trying to update my website but I have a problem, WPBakery, Catanis Core and Revolution Slider needs to updated, I saw here that you said to delete the plugins and install again, but when I try this, it doesn’t works, it’s show and error “cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds” “Plugin not activated. A higher version of WPBakery Visual Composer is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.” Can you help me, please?
Sorry, I will answer myself. I noted that the error shows a URL from Onelove website I just placed this url on my navigator and I downloaded the plugin, just upload and it works. Thank you

We are looking at a website with this theme, for a client, who has had theirs setup weirdly. The Blog posts are missing the ‘Title’ in the header. So you have to force every single post to do it – but then it duplicates the title, which already appears as a H2 below the title. Is there a simple fix for that??
Also, is there a default Header style we can adopt, rather than white?

Image loader: sorry I just don’t see the purpose of them. Unless a site takes ages to load (which is bad anyway), the user just want to see the site… not some animation. But now I see, after finding the CSS method of removing, it’s the mobile menu at fault.
On the Mobile Logo subject: it’s tiny. Are you saying that tiny is the default?!

hello please can you help me with the product categories? if you see the products have some categories. But in every refresh you see that a product have the same category more than one times. And if i refresh its ok and then other product is wrong. Why is this happened?

Hello, a few quick questions before I decide to purchase this or not: 1/ Can I use Google authenitcator app for OTP purposes using your template? Use case: wedding invitees would receive a personal QR code with the save-the-date mail for general registration/RSVP to our wedding event(s). Registration would require use of google autenicator OTP to verify identity (international wedding). 2/ After general registration, depending on our (couple) selection, invitees would receive personal inviations (or QR codes to go with the hard copy cards in the postal invitations) for the wedding events they are selected for. Can your RSVP module support this kind of ‘simple’ complexity?

Current our theme have not checked Google authenticator app via OTP, so you can’t use it.
About RSVP module: It’s only a form, it allow user register invitations wedding, when user register success website will send a email for couple.

Hey guys. Theme looks great, but installing and setting up is so complex that I feel its a waste of time for me. Revolutionary Slides won’t install, or has installed but wont work, popping up request to update, and yet I’ve tried to update a million times, and it wont, same notice showing up, and the slider is not showing.
No clear documented “how to” setup menus. Too many information to read before one is able to setup menu. Wanting to use One-page site option, but no where to find where to choose or set it up. I have given up trying.

Unfortunately I have moved on to create a theme from scratch with Elemento. Theres too much reading and following of links and instructions to be able to setup a theme. The time i will use to develop and work on the website. I need a refund. As you can check to see that I have have deactivated the theme.

Hi, we are interested in OneLove theme and we have some presale questions:
1) Wich page builder you are using in the last version of the theme: Visual Composer or WPBakery Page builder?
2) It is anyway possible to use WP native Gutenberg editor for new post?
3) It is possible to mix page builder and Gutenberg block in a post (e.g. use a Gutenberg block in a post realized with VS or WPBakery or, the other way around, use a VS or a WPBakery block in a post realized with Gutenberg)?
4) Is it possible to easy setup a child theme for custom css and page/post templates that will not be overwritten by updates?
5) Does the regular license include lifetime updates?

1,5. All plugins included on theme will lifetime updates with our theme.
2. We used WPBakery Page builder plugin for content editor, so we don’t use Gutenberg but if you want we will give the guide to enable it for you.
3. It’s impossible, they can’t use together. You only use WPBakery block or Gutenberg block.
4. Yes, we have support child theme, you only need to active child theme and use it. It’s very easy to add custom code css or any functions you want.

When we start and build the OneLove theme, we build and add many elements support for WPBakery and don’t support Gutenberg (also check layout result). But if you need we can give the guide to enable it and we checked this again, you can use Gutenberg for new post (new page) and still keep WPBakery for existed pages.

I updated the OneLove theme today. I downloaded and installed the latest version of the OneLove theme. But the WPBakery Page Builder hasn’t been updated. It’s still version 6.0.5. and not 6.6.0. When I try to update WPBakery manually, the following error message appears: License activation is required to receive automatic updates. I tried to use your ticket system but my support has expired. How do we solve this? Can you please send the latest version of WPBakery to 22dk@web.de? Thank you for your help.
