Hello. I was almost buy this theme, but then I noticed on mobile, product carrousels do not work with swipe, and left/right arrows do not show. Is this a bug? Will it be fixed soon? (On desktop everything works as expected)

Onemall is totally different from description. It’s very slow and Support is rude and absent. Refund doesn’t exist. Very bad experience. Read on TRUSTPILOT about them…

This is unreasonable and unfair to us. Here are some feedbacks:
- We do not why you can not use our theme while many other customers use normally. So we advised you to request support from us but you refused your own right.
- We never told you any bad word and always are here to help you. So how can you call it “rude and absent”? . Even you use word “sh*t” to our product.

Is this theme (and his SP modules) compatible with PS 1.7.3?
This theme has problem between 1400px and 1715px of width. If you want screen or screencast of this problem let me know.
Unfortunately, documentation inside the package is not for this theme. Is for Rossi theme. But we have, fortunately, online documentation – http://documentation.flytheme.net/prestashop/sp_onemall/ but can you fix it? Because if you click any link in the sidebar it doesn’t work. I think the intention was after click page will scroll content to chosen section. I check the url in the sidebar are correct like ”/#exsp-megamenu” but URL is changed to ”/#!/exsp-megamenu”. It looks like SPA page url.
