Good day, We have been trying to update WPBakery but has failed to do so.

We currently have Version 6.4.1 installed. WPBakery Page Builder has version 6.8.0 available.

As we understand it, since the WPBakery plugin came in with the purchase of the theme, the plugin should update whenever necessary.

We have been trying to update said plugin for some time now but are not able to. We’ve also done deactivating and installing the plugin again and again but to no avail.

Is there an issue with the license of mentioned plugin? Please advice.

I have been asking for help to fix my WPbackary issues and no one have contact me yet and I am loosing time and money because the plugging is not working at all…..please contact me or reply to my support ticket so I can get my business up and running….this Item comes with support so please I need support and so far I have not gotten my plugging issue solve?????????????

Just purchased and install the theme.

WP Bakery doesn’t run when Essential Grid is activated. There seems to be a conflict. Can you please patch?

Hello, No way to edit pages with WP Backery if using Mac (worked until May). Opening a page with WP Backery is fine, but not editing and saving it. Do you have a solution ? Thanks.

hello, I have a problem since 1 month with WPBakery. I had to add use the plugin (dixit WP Bakery help) Enable jQuery Migrate Helper in order to be able to use WP Bakery

It’s ok for me in PC but my colleague who has a Mac can’t work with WP Bakery, nothing happens when she wants to change something.

And I have this message appearing : jQuery Migrate Helper – Warnings encountered This page generated the following warnings:

There is conflict between WPBakery Page Builder and other outdated plugins on WP 5.5.x.

WPBakery Page builder, Ess. Grid and Slider revolution plugins should be updated to latest version for full compatibility with WordPress 5.5.

I totally regret purchasing this theme. TRUE I am not an “experienced WP developer” but I AM experienced in doing templates and THIS CODE makes what is typically VERY SIMPLE THINGS impossible. As imohi2013 above stated. You CANT CHANGE THE IMAGES? What’s the point of buying it. I also CAN’T write text in regular WORDS like in all the templates I ever used, I have to edit the HTML source. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Then there’s the LOGO in the footer. Your documentation is horrible and lazy. You state how to remove the logo in the header but not in the footer you just make a vague reference to using some widgets or something. REALLY? MAKING THE FAKE LOGO DIFFICULT TO GET RID OF? And what about the fake phone number and fake email ID??? I”m ready to give up after two days straight building something that should only take me a couple hours for as far as I’ve gotten since all I’m doing is moving my existing website/content over here. You seriously refer us to the massive number of WIDGETS to GUESS which one we need when, in fact, most of the seem to be for the ecommerce and blog, anyway. Apparently the solution to all the issues is to “submit a trouble ticket”. Great, just great.

Logo in footer is added via Contacts widget and you can edit it in Layouts> Dog Footer Standard> Edit:

Hi, how do you change the picture in all the page headers?

that did not work, this is one of the most easy things to do. why is it so difficult.

1) Yes, our theme includes a simple One click demo data import tool. It allows getting a copy of our demo website in just 1 click.

2) Our theme comes bundled with WPBakery Page Builder plugin. All existing demo pages and layouts are built through WPBakery Page Builder and should be customized via WPBakery Page Builder only.

If a new version of a bundled plug-in is available, it will be included in the next theme release. You can also request it by submitting a support ticket.

I’m using the demo to create my website. I’m just having trouble deleting the yellow zig-zag line on the Contact page. I find there is no way to delete it from the front end or back end editor. Thank you for your help.

Logo’s height is restricted by max-height value.

You may overwrite default value by adding this code in Appearance> Customize> Additional CSS: .sc_layouts_logo img { max-height: 60px !important; }

increase/decrease max-height as you need.

I am trying to import the demo content but Slider import is not working for me, it’s giving me this error

Errors that occurred during the import process: Revolution Slider “revsliders/home-1.zip” import error.

i tried to manually import it from Slider Revolution but still not working.

1) Theme supports default WordPress user role options: https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/

So pet walkers can register, but they should have admin privileges to access and manage appointments

2) Appointments are set up using Time slots. You can use default time slots or add custom time slots: https://boxystudio.ticksy.com/article/3233/

3) When appointment is booked, email notification is sent to admin email.

You can create few calendars for each walker and assign email address for each pet walker to corresponding calendar.

Appointments are implemented using Booked Appointments plugin. It has no such functionality. But you may create additional field where customer can specify URL of the pets photo stored on third-party website (for example, https://wetransfer.com/ )
