Hi, I have purchased ‘Onne – Creative & Clean Multipurpose Template – Regular License’ on 13-August-2018 for which I have been charged USD 17 and I also got invoice for the same. But again on 23-August 2018 I have been charged USD 31 whereas I have not purchased anything on this date. I have also not received any invoice for USD 31 but the amount is charged to my credit card.
Can you please provide details of this charges and share invoice of the same?
