Unfortunately there is no chat feature, however you can try adding this with some 3rd party plugin.

How can I get out of this footer nightmare of being forced into text-align center for all 3 widget areas. Why is the text-align format in javascript anyway? It is impossible to over ride it. It is iin footer .edgtf-footer-bottom-holder and I cant get out of it to format them differently. I want the left half aligned left and the right side aligned right. in any other theme, this is fairly simple to do with the widget, just add the css style. https://chefsonboats.mystagingwebsite.com/

I spent the first several months not being able to log into it and now I cant add any new themes, it just hangs when ever I try to update it. Your support center DOES NOT work fine, as I have mentioned so many times in the past – I cant even get the theme to add, updating hangs, cant submit a ticklet because of it and you want to spend a week telling me otherwise instead of actually helping me with m y problem

Again, as we mentioned, you can send a mail to our support team, this is the mail address here and include your purchase code, along with the description of the issue you’re experiencing and our agents will investigate further.
We didn’t have issues with support platform, so when you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Edge) and then theme.

Ive done this, I have an account, it always wants me to confirm my email but I NEVER get that email, even in my spam. I have 2 old themes listed and none of my new oners can show up. can you please assist here. I am tired of the frustration. thanks
The only way I can even log in to my account is to use Google and log in via my Google account NOT my username because the whole thing is messed up. If you wont support me this way, I’m never buying a theme that is supported at qodeinteractive again.

We have a cottage with a sauna. We rent a cottage for daily rent, but we can also rent a sauna separately with payment by the hour. If the client has ordered 3 hours of sauna, then it is not possible to book a cottage for this period. If a cottage is booked for a day, then during this period the sauna should be unavailable for booking automatically. Will your booking system help you do this? Two different objects with the payment of an hour and a day, but united by the logic of booking. Is booking friendly with woocommerce?

Such an option, unfortunately, does not exist within the Booked plugin. It would be necessary to manually disable appointment dates for sauna if the cottage is booked for a day. The theme uses Booked plugin for scheduling appointments and you can check official documentation of this plugin for more detailed overview of it’s options.
Booked plugin is compatible with WooCommerce plugin and there are addons plugin for adding integration with WooCommerce.
