The theme and demo import are working correctly on our end and all of our themes do get strictly tested before they can even be released.

I purchased this product because of its clean design quality, layout options and for the appointment booking functionality. I contacted customer support because I needed some help setting up the calendar and in my experience, the customer support team its excellent!

Great looking theme, but incredibly hard to learn to set up and make even look remotely like the demos. Theme doesn't even show up in their support portal, so if you need support you have to hunt down their email and ask that way.

It takes some getting used to. I had a rough time with installation. It took me half a day to get it installed due to a cache issue.

for Flexibility

This theme is like a wide choice of templates and adaptation for booking, but it also has some disadvantages.
The theme has no visual mode in the composer. This is inconvenient when working with a builder. When you save a page in the backend, it completely reloads the page and needs to be scrolled down to continue editing and this is not the only inconvenience that makes you spend extra time watching and waiting for the result of customization. If you work in the frontend, then there is no such problem. I hope that soon the developers will add this feature.
There was a small bug with a .pot file, but support sent a fixed file.
