I got a response within 1 day of my first query. I then sent another 5 queries as quite a lot of the theme needs customizing - not working from admin and have not had a single response.

Had a couple of problems to start with but the customer service is excellent. All the problems were sorted and the theme is excellent. This is one of the few themes I have installed where the mobile version also works perfectly with no layout issues.
