My website has been down for 3 days and the Support is slow and not answering my questions in an informal way. I have to post publicly in order to get a response via email. I was told I have to pay someone to provide me a code to add captions that don't look horrible. Fine. But, paying 80 dollars for a simple theme, with superficial customer support.. Not cool. My advice to Theme developers is the put downloads for your Theme on hold until you have your stuff together. I hope this helps someone so that they can avoid the trouble.
I had a great number of issues initially, but they're support team helped me resolve the issue within a week's time! (For anyone wondering... the issues were due to low PHP directives on my GoDaddy shared server, so the solution was either to increase the PHP values through GD, or disable the icon fonts in /wp-content/themes/onyx/mkdinc/lib/mkd.icons)
There's a lot of problems with this template. First, I choose Red for the First Main Color and still have Yellow for a lot of items. I change everywhere in Mikado Setting where I can find Yellow with Red... Still have Yellow things on my page.
Find a bug with the Left Menu Creative Home page in Chrome. When I scroll the page, the text pass over the slider without background. The background appears when my text arrives at the top of the page (WHAT WE DO title in the demo). In Firefox and Safari everything is OK.
How can I change the size of the logo on the Mobile page. No any parameter to change that in the Settings. Why?
This theme comes with great support and is really flexible to use it for designing many different looking projects. Great work.
