I like this theme, nice job.

I installed this theme for a psychologist in January. The icons were not appearing, I opened a ticket on their support, they released an update that fixed the problem in a very short time (1 or 2 hours).I left the project dormant until yesterday, I worked on it for a few hours and I encountered a problem, none of the "rows" of WpBakery were customizable. By deactivating their "core plugin" the problem disappeared. I asked them to fix it as soon as possible or give me a refund. They looked and saw the problem that came from the fact that I had not closed a "style tag" in the head. I'm sorry I wasted their time and accused them wrongly. I recommend this niche theme which is quite well designed and easy to use when you know WpBakery. The team is very professional and plugin updates seem to be done as they come. Be aware that the booking plugin presented is not included, it is specified at the bottom of the description page, but not on the presentation that highlights this booking system, it will cost you a few extra dollars. I will choose a theme from the GT3themes portfolio for my next production. Thanks guys for your time and sorry again.

Support is terrible. The theme not great. If you want it to actually look good you need to know how to customise.

Great theme. One the the easiest I have ever come across to customize.

Originally, I thought this was trash. The demo wouldn't load, the wp builder didn't look like previous builders I used, and I was having tremendous issues with broken links within the page. However, I contacted my hosting-the demo loading issue/broken links had to do with a security certificate feature that luckily they were able to fix-after four hours of my calling. Nonetheless, I absolutely stand corrected. It's working rather well with more features than I thought. You really can do alot with it!!

Not only is this one of the best theme for style and options, but the customer support was also fantastic, as they were able to troubleshoot an issue and get it resolved in a timely manner. Great job!
