​Hi,

We are currently running our website with Optimize v1.11. If I try to update the theme to v1.12, the website just broke up.

I’ve already tried to run the theme with almost every single version of Visual Composer but it doesn’t work.

I found other people are having the same problem. Could you please send me the fixes for this?

Probably the issue you’re facing is because the Core plugin is not updated. So first thing you have to do is (using FTP) remove Core plugin and than you should be able to access your wp admin.

Since we did the major update of the theme, please follow the instructions for update in our documentation: https://optimize.mikado-themes.com/documentation/#getting_started_updating_optimize Also, when you’re updating theme you will have to perform these steps: Remove our Mikado plugins (Core, etc) and WPBakery, update the theme (like it’s explained in documentation) and then install those plugins again from the dashboard. This way your will get the latest version of the theme and plugins that are included.

I bought your theme for my website some time ago, I have never had problems when I updated it, but today I had one with the blog. The standard view that opens when you click on the article to read it does not work well, it looks narrow and bad as if it were showing on a tablet but with the menu cut among other things and below shows the message “The site is experiencing difficulties techniques. “

Just bought the theme yesterday, and found out that the theme files doesn’t include Item Purchase Code for slider revolution and a few other plugins which is necessary.

I am interested in buying, but I need to be clear about several points:

1- Can the menu letter get bigger? 2- I see that all the letters are in gray, can you put a color closer to black? 3- Can you download all the demo pages and shown as examples to my wordpress? 4- Can I use upper and lower case in the menu titles? I see that all the words in the menu are all uppercase and I also want to use lowercase. 5- I can remove the shopping cart icon from the menu? I don’t want it to be displayed. 6- I see in the menu, right side, the three lines to expand the menu with a window, can this be removed? 7- You can remove the option to select the language of the web (at the top)? 8- Can you change the green color to the menu? I want a red color. 9- Is it necessary to buy or pay any plugins for full operation? 10- The size of the banners that changes at the home (slider), can it be resized? 11- Can a video be placed on the banners at the home?

Hi, why icons from your theme do not appear on my website? http://digitalbubble.media/, I had issues with the WooCommerce plugin causing the whole website to crash.

Please install and activate Mikado Core plugin, that is included inside theme package. You should see notification on the top of your window to install required plugin.
