Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme's changelog once the update is out.
At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out.  You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out, but if you need an immediate update of any of the plugins, please submit a ticket on our  help center  and one of our support agents will provide you with latest versions.

We appreciate your patience and understanding and do hope that you will reconsider your rating after this.

We are really sorry to hear about this bad experience you've had.
We included a lot of options for customization in our theme so it covers a lot of varieties of possible layouts. Of course you are able also to add your own custom css code to accomplish some different design.
When it comes to page speed, please note that we haven’t optimized our demo site speed-wise, because we wanted to show all the possible features our theme offers – so there’s a lot of content. Our support team tests the site of each user on request, and provides individual tips for improvement. Good server configuration is always necessary, plus proper image and content optimization, caching usage, etc. in order to achieve the best possible performance.

Just reach them and include your wp-admin access and they will assist you to get desired layout or to improve page speed performances.
