Hi, I have a pre purchase question.
1. Can I customize the search engine on the home page i such a way that users can pick multiple activities in the “Select activity” drop drop, and if that won’t work, can I take it off so I’ll be left with “Type” and “Destination”.
2. Can I change the Hotels at the search engine to “Visa assist” where users can decide to choose the destination and type of visa they want and they get the search

Hi Designtheme Support, I love this Ora Theme but i hav found a major bug in the demo… if you click on to any of the activities in the mid section of the home page, go to that activity page.& then return back to the homepage.. the format of the homepage gets screwed up.. all the images like of the destinations & tours get big & top to down in linear format along with the text boxes between them.. Could you plz check & update me on this?

Thankx for the prompt response & rectification, but Sorry to say the issue is still there.. not under the Activities section anymore but under hotels.. if you go to any particular hotel page & return to the homepage.. the homepage gets messed up.. So basically you need to check every section of the site whether it be particular tour, or hotel or activity or even any page like customer review, about us, payment gateway or cart, or blogs.. when you return back to the homepage.. it should not mess up the formation..

i didnt get it.. how would switching on this site loader option will fix this issue..? as its happening only under certain conditions (home returning from some specific pages).. and not in general due to lagging issue

1) Why do we tell you to use the Lazy loader of the theme?
Lazy loading is the practice of delaying the load or initialization of resources or objects until they’re actually needed to improve performance and save system resources.
For example, if a web page has an image that the user has to scroll down to see, you can display a placeholder and lazy load the full image only when the user arrives at its location.
2) Regarding your theme slow, Most of it depends on the page content which compromises images. If images are properly optimized and you’re using a cache plugin and a good fast host, the speed issue shouldn’t happen on any theme.

i guess you are addressing to someone else issue. I dont have any issue with slow loading of my site.. infact i dont hav any site till now.. the issue is in the live preview of your theme.. in the design aspect i guess.. like in the home page of your live preview site or demo site, the the images of the locations & the tour packages are lined up side by side to each other.. but after coming back from some individual pages like about us/any hotel page/any shop item page the alignment of the images in the home page gets broken & they all start to appear top down & that to at scaled up size.. the issue was earlier present with any tour package or Activity page too but you hav somehow rectified it yesterday..

Couple of more queries:- 1) Can we add another section saying Destination/Location (that will show drop down items of listed locations) in the search bar under both of Hotels & Packages Categories. I guess its most vital to let the visitor search his package or hotel associated the specific location. The first question that comes to our mind while searching for a tour or hotel is where do we want to go? check in check out date of group details is secondary. Moreover i think there should be a category to select required no. of rooms too for hotel search .
2) Can we add more buttons/links to a location item under “Browse Location section” under “View Destination” button that will show no. of hotels & no. of Packages available associated with that particular Location. How about the text on the slider just before the search box
Meanwhile, I had tried setting the CSS selector display to none but that also affects my custom text added directly in the Revolution slider
I had done this but it won’t allow captions added directly to the revolution slider to show either

(Cos in the theme when i search for hotels it says that we have twin room, and when you click on twin room no where it says in which hotel is the room located, and even in the permalink it changes from /Hotels/ to /Rooms/ 4- Does this theme support social login buttons ? 6- why taking too much time for loding time 1st time.

It is hard to get the proper support for the theme. Although it is a beautiful Theme the backend is a nightmare. I have been at this for days trying to get this to theme to work. First I was not able to upload the demo images so I pay the $50 and hire support, he wasnt able to get them loaded either. ( Need a refund) I decided to just forget the demo data and start from scratch with my own images. Then I noticed that I am getting a PHP error message. The header menu did not copy over properly with the install either so I have had to spend time trying to get this in place but its still not fixed and does not look the same as the demo. The worst of all is the horrible backend CMS for the Trip form. There is no easy way to add anything. For example I have been trying to create trip costs and dates by they just will not stay in place. After you make the changes there is not even a save button for the changes. The only support is a form. The documentation also is not helpful because it does not give you step by step instructions. I am really upset as I wanted to get this site up and running today but I am held up by the main part of the site and that is the actual Trip content itself. Could someone please reach out to me so that I can get this resolved ASAP.

You have asked for my credentials to my WordPress site and they were provided. Please correct the Main Header so that it is displaying correctly. Please also show me how to edit the price badge on the Trip package. I have a destinations page created that displays all of the destinations for the site but when I select a destination it does not link back to the package that I have created How do I link my packages to the destination page and how do I get the destinations to display under the correct area at the top of the homepage? It will only show demo content and not the pages that I want. In addition, on the homepage Popular Packages only show the demo packages. How do I edit this section to show the packages that I have created and would like to show? The map plugin also cannot be updated because the PHP is out of date.
