hello. how to import the demo pls

This is Martin from the ThemeFTC team.
After purchasing the theme, you upload the installable theme file to your site at Appearance -> Themes and activate it. Then you need to go to Appearance -> Install Plugins, download and activate all the plugins required by the theme.
Finally you can go to the FTC Importer in the menu admin panel and press Full Import, waiting for the process to 100%, the demo content has been imported successfully.

Hi I bought the theme yesterday and i have a big problem changing the language almost anywhere. The theme needs to be set for bulgarian website and all the menus are in english. Good example could be when you open product page and more than half of the text is in english . Can that be fixed ?

Please go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> General -> Logo & Favicon and setup the logo for the whole site. Then go to edit the homepage, pull down the Page Option section and remove the specific logo for the homepage there. It will receive the logo you have set from the Theme Options.

there is not showing theme options in appearance menu.
You need activate it first.

1) Turkish and German Payment methods (like Paypal,Klarna Credit Card from All Banks)?
2) Can people buy products without registering?
3) Can people see the original prices crossed out and underneath the discounted price?
4)Can I have any sale page?
5) When people (without registering) put items in the shopping bag, leave the page and when they reenter the page are those items still in the shopping bag?
6) Can I put a limit for free shipping? For example: When 100 Euro shopping is made, free shipping will be offered. In the basket of the customer contains items less then 100 Euro? Will the shipping fee be shown automatically?
7) Can I offer customers monthly payment methods?
I want to offer my customer coupons, is there any option at the checkout process? Can they put the promotion code and get a discount?
9) Is there a possibility to offer the website in varies languages? For example on the very right top side, language option such as Turkish, German, English.

2,3,4,6,7,8. Yes, the WooCommerce supports all of these options. You can set them up in Back Office.
5. Those items are still in the shopping bag on the same device and browser.
9. Yes, the theme supports multilingual. You can use the WPML or Polylang plugins.

I just bought the theme, but I am already crazy, I download the theme and the Wordpress, spent half of day red 1/10 of your instructions, but still don’t know where shall I start, the Wordpress Installation page I couldn’t find, Don’t know how to get there. hello, I am thinking about to buy this theme, but I have a special requests:
1. Normally my customers will only buy one item, can you disable the “quantity “for the product?
2. My main products have accessories, could you make the progress go like :choose the product-choose the accessories—pay the bill? that means two to three purchases go together. Not like you have to select main product, and then go to accessories to choose one more time.
3. as my products are mainly one products+1 or 2 accessories, nothing more than that, I wish I could disabled the cart function, and the clients can go straight to pay the bill.
4. is there a delivery fee calculation function which can give you a price base on how far do you want to deliever to ?

2. You can set it up with WooCommerce and Variation product. Or you can use the “YITH WOOCOMMERCE PRODUCT ADD-ONS” plugin.
3. Sure! It is possible to disable the Cart function and go straight to pay the bill.
4. You can setup the delivery fee calculation in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping.
