There is no style.css file so this is a waste of time.

Edit layout.css file for any changes in css.

The theme as it is packaged cannot be installed and does not work. You can’t install a theme without a style.css. The layout.css does not replace.
If there is a way to make the theme installable, please advise, and please updated your download package. Thank you.

Does it contain pure Html and js? I see it says “Working PHP Contact Form” and in here it doesn’t say any php file “ThemeForest Files Included HTML Files, CSS Files, JS Files”
I do not care about php code I will do mine using symfony, So I only need the front end part.
