Hi, I am considering purchasing your theme “Oreo” for Shopify, but I noticed there is some kind of smooth-scrolling effect that you have added when I view the live demos. Is it possible to disable that in the theme settings somehow?

Hi, at the moment of installing apps i have following errors: 1. With “Multilanguage New”, I cannot access to the site 2. With “Sales Pop by Beeketing”, not supported.

‘Header Menu Logo 7 Center Menu’ doesn’t seem to work. The menu text is fixed on top, blocking the logo from being seen clearly and isn’t responsive. (Doesn’t create space for the logo between the menu)

We are using your oreo theme and are having trouble with the collection-view element on the Collection pages. We would like to change its color match the background of the page but could not find the option to do so. How can we edit its color easily?

Hi We have this theme installed, last week the cart function stopped functionality stopped working all together. Our Dev team are not seeing any reason for this to have happened and so we are wondering if this is a theme related issue. The issue first began about 7 days ago.

Hi, I bought this theme some time ago and I haven’t used it yet. I notice that there hasn’t been an update since 2019 and since shopify allows you to sell in multiple currencies. In your theme it’s not included, we can only sell in the currency of the store. Is there a way to update this.

Hi just wondering, for collection pages – the product title names are getting cut off. How do i change this to show full product names? Can’t find truncate option in the collection code?

Hi, i’m having a problem with the theme where suddenly all my product pictures don’t show up, they were working fine and today it just doesn’t show the photos, just a big white space where the pics should be. Can that be fixed?
