I am looking for templates for Ecwid, can I install this template directly in Ecwid? Or should I install it in Jumla? Sorry, but I don’t understand how I could use this template with Ecwid, since it says it is for Jumla, could you explain how it would work?

the template is for Joomla, but comes with style for Ecwid. This means that if you are going to build your site with this template and you have Ecwid, you can have a similar design for your Ecwid store, which is loaded in the Joomla template.

if you have purchased the Joomla version, which is the one we sell, then you should see it in your Downloads section. There is also a WordPress version of the theme, so you can check it as well.
I would suggest to contact Envato support first and explain the situation. It will be best if you can provide the invoice and template license as well so they can check the issue faster.

I ran into another problem: when I try to add a new menu, I get error 500 and everything breaks in the menu and I lose all my menu from frontend.
When I check the database > menu table I see that it inserts a new menu with 0 id.
What can be wrong?

as I wrote in my previous comment to you – both the quickstart and the template only files can be installed without any issues.
There was an issue, found by @nikkolis concerning the menu items. The issue is coming from the latest update in the quickstart only, with Joomla 3.8.2. We are still testing and therefore we have uploaded again the previous version of the quickstart with Joomla 3.7.4. The issue is not coming from Joomla itself, so you can simply update to the latest Joomla. The issue is coming from the sample data database that we have made for the 3.8.2 quickstart package.

the template uses Ecwid to handle the products, orders, etc – all the e-commerce features. Once you set up your store in Ecwid, you can easily add your Ecwid ID in the template and it will display all of the products you have and your customers will be able to order from the site. You will be able to check all orders and statistics through Ecwid.

Correct, the user will register in the site and will make the order from the site. You, as a store owner will see the order in your Ecwid account and should receive an email as well from Ecwid stating that you have a new order.
You can simply register a free Ecwid account add one product and make an order from the Ecwid platform and test how it all works. If you like it, you can purchase our template and use it.

To your question – Ecwid is an e-commerce platform, where you can add all your products and then integrate it in your website. With our template you need to only add your Ecwid ID in the template and it will load all of the products. Basically you control all products from Ecwid (https://www.ecwid.com/) and you use the template to display them.
Please note that Ecwid offers free plan up to 10 products, so you need to check their pricing first to see if you won’t to use this platform.
The other way will be to use the template only and build your products as articles, without using Ecwid at all. Of course it all depends on what you want to achieve.

if you mean W3C, the answer is both yes and no. The demo itself has few errors, which are coming from the content that we have build for the demo. Of course depending on your content you can have your site with no errors based on Organic Food. The template itself is not generating errors.

at the moment we offer support only via email. The documentation is about 100 pages (if you measure it with an editor like MS Word per example), but it comes as an HTML document that you can load in your browser.
To be honest I can’t tell you if it’s analytical or not. If you don’t have any Joomla experience, probably you will need to learn more about Joomla first in order to understand how the CMS is working. As far as Ecwid, you can read it’s documentation on Ecwid’s site.

you can read all about Ecwid here. They offer a great amount of online payments and different discounts and coupons.
I think Ecwid is easier to set than Virtuemart, but of course they are different ecommerce solutions.

Yes, that’s correct. Of course it depends if you want to host all products on your hosting or per example on Ecwid’s. Both solutions are good, Organic Food can also work with Virutemart, but it does not come with a special Virtuemart theme for it.
