About support : great great great !!!
Documentation does not match names in the package. Package has 3 versions with no explanation as to which to use. I did pick the one that seemed most likely.
There is no One-Click Importer in the WP Tools menu so I tried manual installation of the demo site. Demo site files seem to be missing or have different names so even manual installation was not possible.
All in all, a mess.

Medianamente customizable, en general funciona bien.
Well it looks like a bit confusing customizability. Also all pictures looks blur. I wanted to use some of those pictures but I could not.
So as a main theme I am using Child Theme, because I do not know how to enable all features in main theme. I need support :)
