Main reason for your rating is bugs.

I don't recommend this theme. there are many bugs and errors, many graphic malfunctions especially in demos. If you upload a demo you will find many errors that do not allow you to work on it correctly. The suport is also unkind and not functional. In my opinion, the theme was created many years ago and never correctly updated to actually wordpress and wpbackery. I've asked refund. Not agreed! so i've changed theme.

The issue is flawed by the use of mega menu, this plug in makes the site very slow and also does not work as it should. Contact support and tell me that there is no way to fix it then copy and paste Kevin Sobo's response to roadrhemes support:
"Hi,
Now we don't have any solution because the plugin show menu correctly.
This plugin has many files so it take much time and we think you can use other cache plugin to make your site load faster."
Think twice before buying this item.

The service is not precise and complete, they respond halfway and do not give clear and concrete answers.
