I would have preferred to contact your team directly but I can’t seem to send a message without a receipt. I’m the developer for a Shopify store that installed your Organie theme. They lost their purchase receipt and have not been able to contact your support team. The buttons to change the quantity are (and have been since their purchase 1.5 years ago) disabled for all “add +” and “subtract -” quantities in the shopping cart. I wonder how many sales they have lost. The same behaviour is evident in your DEMO on the sales page. The error is in the Javascript. Your function references the ID for the button. But you can’t have the same ID on multiple HTML tags. So it only works on the first “a” tag (shopping cart item). Please fix this. It is a bug that can go unnoticed by a store owner but cost them an incredible amount of money. Contact me directly if you care to make amends with the company who has lost countless sales due to this basic programming error.

Hi! I am working on a site that has already purchased this theme. I have a quick question about where I would place code that I want to trigger when someone selects a variation from the product page dropdown. It seems to be located in rt.optionselect.js – Would you be so kind to show me where I can add a little bit of code that checks for a variation title and shows/hides div. It used to go under the selectCallback function, but this theme doesn’t use it. Envato sent me a link to download this free theme. It looks great on the Demo. However, every time I try to install it word press fails to install since the “style.css stylesheet are missing” . Can you please make the complete product available as per email?

With all due respect, this would mean signing up to something I do not necessarily want to sign up to and to give up private information and my purchase code information. Envato gifted this item to me via email and it is faulty. To me this just seems a big cynical exercise.

Hi, I bought this theme (the shopify version) believing it to be compatible with wordpress. Is it possible to have the wordpress version exchanged with my shopify version? And does the wordpress version have the same features i.e. colour and flavour options for each product?

Theme content does not include images on demos. If you want, you can get images from our demos and set up on your store.
