Great Customer Support
Product is awesome but the communication and the support team is not good they only reply me once a day till now they haven't solve my issue. It the 6th day and its still the same.

I had a good experience with the support team. They were prompt in their response to my queries
Always keep on asking my FTP and admin account instead of figuring out and trying to resolve the problem or the issue. No help at all.
And the support team deleted my previous review with poor rating on the poor customer support without my permission.
And also they do not respond on any of my support requests at all.

Theme is awesome as per our requirement and main reason is the support we are getting for fixes we need that too in shortest possible time. would highly recommend
