The last update of the theme was done on 29 June 20 which provides these changes.
Unfortunately, the latest version of the theme wasn’t tested with the latest version of Woocommerce and WPBakery Page Builder plugin.

Any updates on when the next version of the theme will be released? We’ve noticed some degradation in our sites using this theme since December 2019. WP bakery can’t be updated – it throws everything out of whack and displaying of iframes isn’t working. Really need to get this theme up to date.

I apologize it is taking us so long to update the theme. Most of the issues like compatibility with the latest versions of WooCommerce, and WordPress are solved but we are still working on some other problems that need to be fixed before it will be available on TF.
If you would contact us via our Support Forum we can provide you this version, but please use it with caution. Hopefully, the work that is left shouldn’t take us more than a week.

Theme version 3.6 is still the downloaded version available on Envato. How long does it take to get the latest version approved? It’s been over a month now.

Hi Y’all happy to join this thread.
Being a WordPress stylist for a living, and having responded to my clients desire to get this beautiful theme up and running, there have been many issues. Having rebuilt the whole damn thing three times from the server, I have given up. beautiful though the theme is.
The OnePage is dark not light, the CSS does not work on all mobile devices and WP Bakery license is crooked.
Try it if you wish, but having no serious updates since 2014 (even WooCommerce suggests it’s all out of date)
So I suggest caution.

Fron the quick look at your website – I think that the problem can be related to the fact, that one of your links in the menu is not linking anywhere, while our javascript for onepager scrolling requires to have the same order in navigation menu as the order in sections on the page. I asked our second tier support to take a look into your dashboard settings – I’m sure they will get back to you with a solution today.

I apology for the long wait for the new version to be released but due to the time gap that is between the version available on the shop and the one we are working on right now, there are still some elements that our team is working on before we will be able to release the 3.5 version. I’m really disappointed after I bought this theme. The installation is never correct, it is full of bugs, it is not responsive (overlapping the sections and you can not read anything), there are errors in the css and in the demo pages. the support must wait at least a day even for a simple reply to an email … work stops for days waiting for an answer… I am so sorry to write this but we are wasting time, work and money

Hello. I have emailed your support system, but haven’t gotten a reply. I installed your theme and uploaded the 1-click demo content. However, I cannot edit the front page or any other page. Trying to insert an image in the slider doesn’t work, as the save button is non-responsive. Pulling up the element to edit the text doesn’t work, as the written demo text is not displayed. Trying to access the heading menu on the sidebar, and the background menu doesn’t work either. I’ve uploaded the theme through sftp, and on another server. I’ve left my login credential in your support system. I would love to get this theme working, as it looks like a wonderfully made template.

To fix this problem go to Row Settings and make sure that in Customization Tab the “With container” is checked and the “Height” is set to 100% (img) also please check in general Tab “Full height row” and “Equal height” options (img) This problem will be soon fixed on our demo site, thank you for letting us know about this problem.

What is the folder structure for code of slider settings?
Please check whether you are using ‘full width’ option in column settings: screenshot. Slider code can be edited in theme > shortcodes > sliders. Though please remember to use child theme for this – otherwise you will lose all changes in the code after the theme update.

You will need to adjust the background size of the slider with Custom CSS – check the available options here. CSS code can be added via Appearance > Theme Options > Code.
