Hi, i have just purchased for the themes as above. However, i am unable to install the theme based on the instructions given. Can you pls assist?
Hi – I have watched your installation instructions via YouTube and the reviewed the documentation surrounding install, yet when it comes to overwriting the admin, catalog, image and system files there appears to be a problem. I can still access the store side but there appears to be a conflict on the admin side of things, as that page is throwing an HTTP ERROR 500. I have attempted installation multiple times, with no success. I have a fresh install backup waiting to overwrite your current assets that appear to be causing the issue. Please advise (purchase code available upon request).
Generally 500 errors are from htaccess file or from the server level.

If anyone reads these comments prior to purchase, like I do, know that these guys resolved my issue at the server level for me, via FTP, within 24 hours of me contacting them. Outstanding customer service!

Hi,
I just bought Oscuro today and I seem te have some difficulties installing this although I have installed themes succesfully earlier. I instal opencart, check if it works. Then I put Oscuro on top of it in the root file and the whole thing doesn’t work anymore.
