1. If you are taking about the frame in the first sample link, it is not possible to have that kind of frame around the images in the gallery in the theme, unfortunately.

2. Do you want to remove just the Numbers from the lightbox ? If so, yes that is possible . use the css code below in the custom css section of the general settings tab in Options panel.

These strings are made translatable and You need to translate the them using either the Poedit Software or Codestyle Localisation plugin. The strings are included within the BE page builder plugin, so you should be translating it. Hi Swami! Thanks for the fast response. I found a solution! I’ll share it so that other people with the same problem can make it work

The only thing I had to do is set the thumbnail at the exact size that it’s going to display in the grid. And voilà! The gif is has it’s animation now.

You can use the Slider in the Page Builder’s Section using the module called ‘Plugin Shortcode’. You also have an option in the ‘Section’s settings’ to hide from mobile which you can use straight away, and use the CSS code for the other Slider that will be shown in mobile and hidden in desktop.

I’ve been trying hard to figure out how to disable images on desktop while the mobile is still active. This is the code I have used to prevent one of my sliders from showing up on desktop:

However, this hasn’t worked. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I’ve even tried to make use of the slider in Page Builder but it either looks good on mobile or good on desktop but not both. Do you have any solution?

Hi,

The height option in the Slider Settings is the option to define the height of the slider. However, since some of your images are shorter than the others they might seem zoomed in. The Master Slider will apply the same height for all the slides and the images will be resized according to the height. So it will look best if you have all your images in almost same aspect ratios.

Every where we have placed the buttons side by side, we have used the Master Slider plugin. However you can try if this works. Add the 2 button shortcode modules separately in a content editor in Hero Section. Then select the entire content and ‘center’ align it using the option in the editor. This should keep the buttons placed beside each other.

Hi Tom,

Double width and Double height settings are not designed to work with Masonry Layout. As the name implies, they are fixed to twice the width and height of a normal thumbnail. A masonry layout basically means that normal thumbnails are published retaining their original aspect ratios and not cropped to a particular width and height. So do not use masonry in combination with double width & height settings.

Also on tablet/phone, full=screen sections aren’t displaying ‘full screen’ – is there a way to change this so that they do go full-screen? e.g. http://brandexponents.com/oshin/team/ – and the ‘scroll to section’ doesn’t work.

Is it possible to have small screens display ‘full screen’ sections in the same way as desktops?

Hope you can help… really like the theme, but I’m not sure whether the sticky headers and full screen set-up are quite there yet. Please let me know.

Please find my responses below -

1. Sticky on Fixed Sidebar and Floating Sidebar – We have to check if making the sticky header work in these page templates is fesible. If it is, we will correct this in the next update.

2. Sticky Header in Full Screen Sections – The header in a page where you enable ‘Full Screen Sections’ will by default be Fixed. Means that header will be seen as you scroll from one section to the other, which serves your purpose. So adding Sticky Header will make it look messy.

3. Please use the custom css here to get the full screen sections issue fixed in firefox.

You need to paste the code in the custom css section of the General Settings tab.

4. Yes you cannot display Footer in a page with Scroll to Sections enabled.

5. Unfortunately, no. We have enabled natural Scroll in smaller screen sizes and not confined to ‘Screen Height’ in order to keep the text and content in the sections readable in smaller screen sizes.

I request you to use the Private Message Form in the support tab when you have long list of questions. It is difficult to track and type out with limited formatting options in the comments forum here.

You can add a small Caption, to the individual image in the Media Library property called ‘Description’. This should be pulled up on the Image. But that text/caption cannot be individually animated like in Master Slider/ Slider Revolution.

Please update to the latest version of the theme(1.9) and the latest version of the BE Page Builder plugin, so that the navigation option you choose in the slider settings take effect. There was a bug in the previous versions of the theme.

This slider used on the Home page in V2 is the Horizontal Carousel Slider that is built in the theme. We have used a ‘gallery’ page template and chosen the ‘slider type’ as ‘horizontal carousel’ in the ‘gallery page template’ metabox option in the respective page.
