Great Theme. nice Transitions.
Unfortunately I'm gonna have to change my previous review of this theme, from 5 to 3 stars. The fact is I opened a ticket on Nov 26 (2019) about a broken functionality regarding the behavior of the portfolio list (masonry), which was acknowledged as indeed problematic by the team - that asked for some time to resolve it but failed to give me any estimation, and change the ticket to "on hold".
As easily seem on the portfolio standard page, multiple items are loaded randomly in duplicity and the load more button disappears after one category reach its end, never to return again.
My website relied heavily on portfolios and the ability to filter them with ease, so it's basically broken for 5 months now in spite of the acknowledgement of the problem by the team and that "on hold" ticket.
My support period is soon about to expire, so the problem is probably going to end up buried after it.
I'm sad cause I really liked this theme and the way it's build - this problems aside. :(

This is not a theme for someone without much experience in wordpress. Even with the demos. It was just too difficult for me to get this to look anyway good so I ended up not being able to use it. Not for greenhorns.

I was pleased about the features and flexibility showed on the demo theme. The documentation is complete and gives you an overview of the features and how the theme works before putting my hands on customising.
But the best part has been when I have contacted the Customer Service in order to ask for further questions about customisation: I have been even more pleased to discover how good they are.
I can't help but recommend Ottar theme and Edge Themes Customer service.
Great design. Minimalistic and clean with a simple animations and transitions.
