Great website design and easily customisable. Few issues were there, but the support was excellent and response time was very fast.
They also helped me with few questions I had and suggested alternate approaches to achieve it.

Amazingly well made theme full of features and the customer support has been top notch, obviously everyone can get busy but they always respond within 12-24 hours at this stage and have gladly helped.

I've used this theme for 3 churches now and appreciate its user-friendliness (I'm not a developer). It's the excellent customer service and support I received that compelled me to leave the review. These issues were minor (more to do with my lack of knowledge), I had a response within hours of posting my ticket and they guided me through solving my issues by the next day.

There are a lot of small bugs that make this theme difficult to adjust.
For example:
-The category pages don't show the title of the category but the title of the first post in the category
-The sermon page has no pagination which makes it very slow to load if there are more than 5 sermons uploaded
-The team-member page doesn't float the team members right so that the rows sometimes only contain one member and 3 in the next row
- overall there is a lot of copy and paste code, not a very well done theme
