Sorry, but you can’t use video background on mobile devices.
We have tested several plugins for video background and can’t find the one, which will work correctly on mobile devices. All of them require a lot of free memory and make browsers crash.
That is why we have decided to replace video background on mobile devices with still image.
And one more question: i can’t scroll the page to any position. By the mouse wheel, buttons, or from my keyboard. The page state just on the video background.

Good Morning I do not understand how the homepage is armed Blocks ( and backgrounds) are created on separate pages (setting up pages) but how are ordered in the home ?
If I simply use shortcodes can not edit the backgrounds that serve to visually separate the blocks.
