I have problems with the theme but the author does not respond to my requests for help .. bad!

Our support is done through our ticket system and you havn't created any tickets so this is a bit unfair.
This was my first time purchasing a theme for WP so I didn't know what to expect. I have to say that I was really impressed with the speed and level of support I received from Scott. Really awesome job!
