The theme looks great, although there are lots of additional plugins that are mandatory for the theme. The structure takes a bit of getting used to (not being a wordpress wizard myself) but eventually got the hang of it.
I can't credit the support team enough. They are very responsive and quick to help. It would be really useful to have a more comprehensive set of tutorials for each of the theme options available, listing shortcodes and features of each theme and how to use them so you can really understand how it all fits together. Aside from this, the theme works well and looks very professional.

The design quality is excellent on this theme! I really love how easy the backend is to use.
Above all, when I pick a theme I am looking for unique features and this theme has quite a few unique shortcodes and features that allow you to customize the theme.
I had a very small issue and it was fixed very quickly by their support team. Overall it's been an awesome experience.
