I bought this theme because I thought it would be similar to the Shopify ones. But I found something totally different, you have to know that it is very difficult to install and configure, and even has too many options. The problem is that most of them don't work quite correctly. Certainly, you also have to be careful, because on the page says that it is a theme that loads very fast, but this is a lie. I got a score of 30 on mobile and 50 on desktop, slower than any free Shopify theme, and only having done half of the landing page (with images already optimized).
I warn that if you have a page already made with any free Shopify theme, this is going to make your store worse. It will lower the position of your pages, and as the theme is slow, this will hurt the SEO and it will cost you 4 times more to rank again.

I love the flexibility of this theme however i hope that the filter and sorting of products will be automatic. Thank you the outcome of the website design went well.

Awesome Shopify theme and a great customer support!

Really bad customer support. No documentation received. Theme misses out on many critical features.

I purchased this theme thinking that it would be an easy upload and go. Unfortunately it is not simple to install or modify if you don’t have some advanced website and coding knowledge.

The theme comes with very little instructions and documentation so you are required to constantly reach out to the designer to answer basic questions, which is inconvenient. Especially when your are in a different timezone. Then the first reply from them is rarely an answer but more likely to be “email a screenshot”. It just takes longer than I would like to get questions answered. About 36 hours for me because of my timezone.

Also the installation video that the designer auto replies to every message with is outdated and doesn’t help with installation with the current theme. I wish that they updated it, that would be more helpful. Looking at the comments a majority of buyers have issues with uploading and installing the theme. I have a professional designer working on this theme for me and ever she is having difficulty uploading the home page.

The theme is very beautiful, seems versatile and very popular. I just wish that it came with more detailed documentation on how to install and for some of the more popular changes that are constantly asked about in the comments.

I have explored the backend and for the most part it is drag and dropping sections the same as in the Shopify backend. So it does seem easy to arrange. There are some sections that are custom coded that includes text and photos, I wish that there were instructions on how to change them.

If I can get the specific template versions I need uploaded and working, I think that this theme will do nicely.

The theme is really good and has great customer service, with quick responses and a good solution. The only thing that should improve is the tutorial files, which are videos only and with another theme being demonstrated and outdated.

I bought this theme a week ago and I really love the endless way to customize this and how easy it is the edit it exactly they way I wanted my store to look like. Great customer service as well. I had some issues with adding new code and I got all the help I needed and more! Very happy with this theme and I love how fast the theme editor replays if I have any questions!
