Support is slow to respond and not the most helpful.

Customer service is top notch and world class. They are an amazing company to work with. Quick response, perfect communication skills and very patient. I had a few questions and they answered it all very politely.

I was going to purchase from another company, and their rude response made me order from this company and I am very happy I did.
