Gavias have been nothing short of brilliant. The theme has worked well for us, and with Elementor has all the flexibility needed in design. We did run into a problem with a Wordpress update, and I'm not even sure it had anything to do with our theme, but Gavias responded to our support ticket extremely quickly and fixed the issue for us there and then. We'll definitely look at Gavias themes first in the future before any others. Many thanks Jerry (Elevate UK)

I had a few minor issues with the installation of a plug-in, and the support was top notch! My issue was solved within 24 hours, and they went above and beyond by assisting me with some design questions I had. They also were very thorough, providing screen shots and step-by-step instructions.
Great theme with many features, but mostly, incredible support from the developer, who has been extremely responsive (always answered within a couple of hours), and was willing to adjust the plugin that comes along with the theme to match specific requirements that we had, and that made it to the updated version of the theme!

Wow! I was so impressed with their response to any issues I had. Most of the problems came from me not doing something right, but they were right there to help when I go stuck or something went wrong. These guys are awesome!
