And sorry for any inconvinience. I mean, my Licence Certificate is from “Envato Market”, and I bought it directly from Envato. Before I asked for help, I’ve searchis this thread, and another requester with the same issue got the Feedack to ask for support at GT3, another one ThemeForrest, and then Envato etc. To be honest, for me it ist not clear to ask whom But I hope thinks getting fixed now and I will be able to re-activate soon. Looking forward to it and thank you!

Doesn’t work. Still got the message in the backend “Purchase Validation! Please activate your theme.”, if I try to activate with my purchase code I got a red alert box “This purchase code already activated!”. So, still not fixed.
