After import demo data I expect the demo looks like the original demo but the settings are different and there is nothing inside documentation.

It is IMPOSIBLE to edit in Elementor or Wordpress.

The Elementor plugin would upload the zip

I think the theme is good but support is horrible. Im sorry, but I can't rate your theme with more starts. You have to improve your support and documentation.

They were quick to reply and extremely helpful regarding questions we had.

One-Click demo import do not work & support is nonexistent. Documentation is also very light and do not cover this feature.
I will ask a refund through Paypal.

I had a problem in the installation and support solved it for me in less than 48 hours. Very good customer service.

Actually, this rating should be zero stars, as I've never been contacted back after three messages to explain in detail what the issue is.

Developer doesn't answer support emails. Documentation doesn't exist. You have to waste a lot of time sorting simple things.
