would you teach me something.
first, here is my url “http://samjungkorea.com/home”
1. how can i theme looks like good without “Staff,Services, Testimonials” area? now, you can see that’s so ugly. but i want it look like live-demo site
could you teach me? where can i edit for look normal.
Thanks for writing.
Would you please explain me what would be to “look good without staff, services, and testimonials area” ? What would you like to have in your home page? The demo site has those sections.
i mean, now it has over top margin and bottom margin
can you understand?
can i select my own height margin?
now you can see it’s look like ugly.
i mean, too many scroll.
i want preety margin without any footer and any sections.
i think it have over margin from “call now” to “Paeon © 2014 All Right Reserved. Designed by Nice Themes”
i’m sorry about my bad english.
if you want see detail into ”.jpg” i’ll upload it anywhere.
now, i uploaded sample image to “slide image”
click slide button you can see my sample image
why repeat my sample image if you scrolling down?
you can know that? i don’t want bottom margin.
...omg i’m really sorry my bad language.
I’m deeply sorry, but I’m not getting your point. I can’t understand what is that you need. Would you please try to explain me, separate, and in a detailed manner all of the things that you want/need?
i’m sorry ^^
here is image to explain what i want.
can you understand? T _T…..
- site url : http://samjungkorea.com/home
and… i have a question more
i’m sorry :’(
Thanks for taking the time and making these graphics.
With regards to the space below the slider, it is there when you’re logged in and the WordPress admin bar pushes the content like 28 pixels down. Your visitors won’t see that, so there’s nothing to worry about.
With regards to the footer widgets. If you don’t want to use the widgets, then just remove the widgets and you won’t see any widget.
Slider: You need to upload images that are at least 2560×1000px. Because if not, they are not resized and they take the aspect ratio of the original image (What is happening right now).
thank you for your kind! ^^
28px problem is okay! i understand that and i saw it works
i’m sorry about my tiresome questions… sorry!
That’s because the screen is too tall and the site doesn’t have any content to fill in vertically, that’s why you get to see a white block at the bottom.
so, can’t i fix it?
ex) home.php 22 line…. 1000px -> 900px
...? in korea, most people use that resolution and size monitor.
:’( help me..
The slider height doesn’t have to do with the position of the footer.
If you don’t have content, then below the footer you’ll find a white space. That’s inevitable. Unless you absolute position the footer at the bottom.
that’s sounds so sad :’(
but i understand that. thank you for your kind and helpful.
have a good day ^^
ps, may i question again? when i have some trouble
Sure, feel free to ask
Have a nice weekend,
this theme is can’t make “responsive image”?
it does not have any css class for responsive image?
when i add a new page, i uploaded image from text editor without visual editor.
but my image is not responsive for any resolution.
i want like here image : http://samjungkorea.com/staff/helen-b-taussig/
but it works only from media upload.
i want my own custom image with out media upload from FTP
1. my image is not working auto resizing
2. but i want like here : http://samjungkorea.com/staff/helen-b-taussig/
3. how can i do that? should i use wordpress plugin?
and… can i change link text color? i read “style.css” but i can’t find it. i want keep accent color and just change link text color
url : http://samjungkorea.com/curcuma/
Thanks for writing. The theme have responsive images for those images who are part of the templates of the theme. Whenever you add images from the content editor is up to the user to make them responsive or not. That’s something that depends on the person that is editing the content. Yes, one solution would be finding a plugin for that.
does the appointment form send to an email?
Thanks for writing. Yes, it sends an email with the appointment information.
Very nice theme! Is it possible to just show the slider and hide ‘our professionals’, ‘Our Services’ and ‘What our patients are saying’, but show the ‘Get An Appointment’ box?
Thanks for your kind words!
Yes, you can configure what to show from the theme options.
Fantastic, I am going to buy it!
That’s great Let us know if you need further assistance.
Hello and install the template but I do not see the file to import the XML could help me thanks.
Please send us an email to email@example.com with your purchase ID and we’ll send you the XML file.
ok thanks and ship
1. does the theme integrate with MindBody?
2. are there any limitations to which 3rd party widgets I can use?
3. How much of the theme is widget-ized? How much of the layout can I change? Can I replace the testimonials, for example, with a different widget?
Thanks for writing. With regards to your questions.
1. We haven’t tested the theme with MindBody.
2. It shouldn’t be any limitation.
3. The widget areas are: Footer, home sidebar, blog and page sidebar. Testimonials is not a widget. The appointment form is.
Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
Thank you. Last question, as a php developer, is your backend code written with with other developers in mind so that I could adapt backend code for my clients, like adding additional widgetized areas?
Our code is more than tidy & intuitive, and our file structure/naming is fairly simple.
With regards to adding additional widgetized areas, you can either use a plugin or create new ones with the WordPress function register_sidebar() – http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/register_sidebar
I have a question before I purchase. I would like to use your theme to list pages for a variety of different clinics in various locations.
Can I easily create multiple pages that look similar to the home page? The appointment form looks really nice, but do I have the ability to create multiple forms so that they will each be sent to the appropriate email?
Thanks for any feedback you can provide. I’m definitely interested.
I think that the best solution would be creating a WordPress network and use the theme with that purpose: http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network
Else, if you have the Home Page template in various pages, the slider will show only on the front page, and the widgetized space for the appointment form is always the same.
The Appointments Widget can be configured with an independent email every time you create a Widget.
Thanks Juan. That sounds like the best solution.
Hello, Im having an issue with the contact page not showing the embed map code. It only shows when I click on “view larger map” and a pop up with a larger screen appears, which correctly displays fine.
Can you help?
Thanks for writing. Does the place that you’re trying to embed has a “pin”? Would you send me the URL to firstname.lastname@example.org, and also if you can your site access details?
Hey Juan, does Paeon support using a child theme?
Thanks for writing. Yes, it shouldn’t be a problem to use a child theme.
Thanks for the quick reply and the nice theme.
Thanks for your kind words
can i change “Get An Appointment” Tool in European/German Date??
THANKS for Info….
Thanks for writing. What do you mean European/German data? How is it?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calendar_date d.M.Y (28.12.2013)
Hi There, sorry for the late response. Actually, the format can be changed, you’ll need to add a line of code.
Can you send me pre-installed .xml data please? I sent an email request.
Thanks for writing and thanks for your purchase.
Sure thing, here you can get the file: https://cloudup.com/irMl9nBTZoR
Thanks for the theme! Looks good so far.
A question: I’ve set up a page, assigned it as the Blog page in Theme Options, and have set the Template to Blog (Masonry). The Blog posts appear, but not in Masonry format. How do I get it to show the Masonry style like in demo?
Hello there, thanks for your kind words
Whenever you set the “Posts” page in “Settings > reading”, the default post templates is used by WordPress. Try leaving that select (The “Posts” page selection in Settings > Reading ) blank.
Got it, thanks
Have a nice day,
I have tried to translate the theme into Spanish using the po files placed inside the “lang” folder inside the theme folder. However, it doesn’t seem to work. Can you help?
Thank you so much!
Thanks for writing
First, download and install Poedit. Then, see that within the theme files there’s a folder named “lang”. Over there you can find the translatable files. So, you’ll need to do the following:
1. Open the file in Poedit.
On the left, there’s a box with the original message (in English) from the POT file. Beside that box is where you add your translation.
2. Go to File ? Save as… to save your translations in a PO file. (must be named es_ES.po and es_ES.mo – These are for Spanish from Spain)
3. When you are finished translating, go to File ? Save as… again to generate the MO file.
Finally, to make the relation, you need to be running your WordPress install in Spanish:
Hi, I have some questions before I buy this very nice theme:
1) Is the slider height flexible?
2) Can I hide the Calender field from the contact box?
3) What method do you recommend to embed video or is there an option for this included in the theme?
Hope to hear from you soon!
1) Yes, it is flexible. It depends on the aspect ratio of the images you use.
2) The calendar is part of the appointments widget, in order to remove that you’ll need to edit the code of the widget and the validation function. It’s something simple to achieve if you know a bit of coding. We can guide you.
3) For posts there’s a special box in which you can enter the embed code. Where do you need to include the video?
Most likely I would like to include the video in a 1 or 2 column page however it would be nice if I could put somewhere on the homepage. Is this possible?
Well, actually thanks to WordPress and its malleability anything is doable.
You can do that within a page by entering the video in the editor. Regarding the home page, you’ll need to dig in the code.
Hi. Does the template support multilingual plugins. I need to have this translated into Greek, russian and english of course
Thanks for writing. Yes, it support multilingual plugins. The only problem you might experience is with the Welcome Message, that is an option within the Theme options panel and it is not translatable.
Is there an optimal size for the “Services” pictures? On an iPad it seems to shrink and cut the pictures a tad.
Thanks for writing. The optimal size would be around 480×390, that way they’ll look good on all of the templates.
Do you have any questions? We can only see a dot in your comment.
Do you have any documentation on how to include the page templates for the services section. As of now they are all set to full width and I need to get a contact from in a widget space on those pages.
I assume I will be editing the single-service.php file but im not sure how to get the templates to show up for in there? Any help or advice would be great.
Thanks for your purchase.
To set the service template, you need to create a page, and in the “Attributes box” select the service template (The theme comes with two different templates for services).
With regards to the question about a widget, I’m not getting you. Would you please explain me a bit more about what you want to do?
Sorry on how I explained that. We have a “Appointments(Nice Themes)” widget that displays on the pages but not on the services pages.
This page is fine http://www.wsilocalsearch.com/projects/firstcoastcd/terms-of-use/
But this page we can not get the widget to display his page we can not get widget to display http://www.wsilocalsearch.com/projects/firstcoastcd/service/carpet-cleaning/
It seems to be a default full width.
Hope I explained that better.
Actually Nevermind, I was able to add the sidebar to the single-service.php file
Thanks for your prompt response
I’m happy everything is sorted now. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
is support for 2 languages?
Thanks for writing. Yes, the theme is translatable. The only string that you’ll need to translate yourself is the welcome message.
Do you have a flat HTML version of the site available for purchase?
Thanks for writing. Unfortunately not, we only sell WordPress themes.
It is quite simple to have a WordPress site running, and in the end it turns out that it is more malleable than an HTML template
Hope to see you around.
No probs. I need a very quick interim solution and a flat code would be ideal until getting the WP code built out. You mentioned in a previous discussion that a PSD is included with purchase. Is that still available?
Yes, the PSD is included with the purchase.
