Opening slow loading sites.
It gives an error in the images load.
but also it gives errors.
That was the first demo data.
How can we solve?
Please contact our team from support forum about that. We will need access to your admin panel and (if possible) ftp access to check this.
Of course, we will add updated version of the plugin to the next release. If you don’t want to wait for that – please contact our support forum and we will send you files earlier.

Can you please contact our support team at http://createit.support/ with access to your website so we could check this? I can’t recreate this issue on our demo. Our team will gladly help you there.
Hello team. Can you please advise me as to why this is in the bottom right footer of my client site at sajtc.com:
Warning: addslashes() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home/whistle3/public_html/spineandjointtreatmentcenter.com/wp-content/themes/panacea/framework/widgets/ctShortcodeWidget.class.php on line 68
It’s just a warning, so it should not affect how the website is working. You can hide it via wp-config.php by disabling debug mode or contact our support email@example.com so we could solve this for you (we would probably need test access to website for that).
Some of our Posts disappeared from the Dashboard-->Posts after we upgraded to the latest version of Panacea. The posts still published and accessible through the website front-end but we are unable to edit them or view them from Dashboard—>Posts…Any Solution?
First, please check for plugins conflicts (deactivate installed plugins one by one and check if issue persists after each deactivation). Second – if you are using some security software/ftp mode/plugin – try to whitelist your wordpress pages – maybe posts are blocked by some antivirus. If none of these help – please contact our support firstname.lastname@example.org with test access to your dashboard, so we could check this.
We have provided access to the website, and followed your instruction but the problem has never been fixed. Also the person handling the case doesn’t seem to understand WordPress.
From what I can see in your support ticket, our support team checked the problem with editing posts directly on your website and it looks like they managed to access posts and edit them via Dashboard (according to your initial message: “posts still published and accessible through the website front-end but we are unable to edit them or view them from Dashboard”). They even provided a screenshot from dashboard from your website of a post in edition mode. If you have more specific issue (like only one post can’t be edited or only specific data can’t be updated) – that would help a lot if you could provide more detailed and specific info.
I have sent you the screenshot…we have 174 posts live and published, accessible from the website front-end, the WordPress Dashboard is displaying only 20 posts divided on 4 pages…I can not see the rest of my posts under the Dashboard or be able to edit them…Also nobody sent me any screenshots!!! I have sent you the admin access again for one last time!
The only solution I managed to find is to return back to the old version of your theme, this fixes the issue, so that’s also a proof that your new update is buggy!
Thank you for sending the screenshots, we’re investigating the problem. Our support will get back to you as soon as possible.
I gave you all access and patience and you have failed in solving the problem!!!
We need a refund for the amount we paid on this theme!
You can request refund here: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
Refund our money!
As we mentioned above – you need to first request a refund (above you will find a link to refund form). It’s technically not possible for us to refund your money without this request. All payments and refunds are handled by Envato system.
Here you can read more about it: Can I get refund?
We already submitted this refund request several day ago!!!
Did you use the refund form I linked above and get the confirmation email that request was received and will be processed? Unfortunately our refund list is empty, we don’t have any requests from you. I will contact Envato team – maybe they got some support request from you and can help here.
I’ve just received info from Envato team that they also didn’t get any request from them, so feel free to contact Envato Customer’s Help for the assistance: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821620-Contact-Us
I am going to follow this to the end with you, I have just submitted another refund request!
I’ve accepted your refund request. Please don’t hesitate to let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
I purchased this theme and looking forward to working with it. The ThemeForest page says it comes with a LayerSliderWP license but I can’t seem to find the license key for the plugin – only found the theme license. Where can I find the LayerSliderWP license key?
Layerslider plugin can be found in vendor folder. However please note that by purchasing our theme you don’t purchase individual license for a bundled plugins. You just don’t need a separate license to use a bundled plugin as part of the theme it was bundled with.
The version of LaySlider (2 years old now) that came with my Panacea purchase has known security vulnerabilities. These security issues have been patched in later versions. Would it be possible to get the latest version that has all the known issues fixed?
Of course! Sorry for not updating the plugin in last theme release! We will include the latest version of layer slider in next Panacea update. In meantime – please just send us email to email@example.com and we will provide you with new package of layer slider.
Is this theme compatible with woocommerce. I am adding woocommerce at the request of the site owner. I installed woocommerce and created 3 products.
The theme appears to not have current woocommerce templates in it. The single product pages appears to be using your blog post template. And the shop page does not render the standard woocommerce shop page. Instead it is showing 2 column rows with large product images. There is no title on the shop page, and the shop page content overlaps with the header content.
I see this theme has not been updated in almost a year. Will this theme work with woocommerce at all? Do I have to use third party or customized woocommerce page templates? Will this theme work with third party or customized woocommerce page templates? Please advise. Thanks.
Unfortunately Panacea is not integrated with WooCommerce, so you would need to register woocommerce templates on your own to make it work. Here you can find some documentation about this: LINK. Sorry about that!
I’ve added the appropriate code to functions.php and create the woocommerce.php template as normal, but that all seems to have little effect on Panacea theme. The big problem is that the shop page will not respond to a 4 column layout command in functions.php, and the single product page displays in a single ugly column – see http://www.newbodyps.com/product/tns-recover-complex . Can you recommend a way in this theme to at least get the single product page to display in the standard woocommerce single product page layout?
The problem appears to be that the single product page is taking on the page template for a blog post. Do you know how to fix that within Panacea?
I think it will require some changes in product template. If you arrange the content in two columns (one column for images, another one for product information should, like this: http://prntscr.com/kma13w) it should help a lot. Here – you can find documentation on how to edit template structure: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/ In case you need some help with simple CSS adjustments – feel free to contact our support team via https://createit.support Guys will be more than happy to help you there.
Yeah that’s what I thought. Thanks for the prompt reply
Is this theme still maintained? Last update on 16 November 17
Yes, sure. It’s also tested with the latest WordPress version, so should work without any issues.
the slider plugin doesn’t work even after adding the purchase code????
Need help please
Please note that by purchasing our theme you don’t purchase individual licenses for all bundled plugins. You don’t need a separate license to use a bundled plugin as part of the theme it was bundled with. However of course if you are trying to use some additional paid functionalities of the plugin you would need individual license of it. If you have some other problems with the slider – for example you are not able to setup it correctly – please contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org or https://createit.support/ so we could help you with that.
