Your purchase code was registered on the domain where the theme wasn’t used. We have deregistered the purchase code for you. You should be able to register the theme now.
You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article here. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

It will work with the latest version of WP and when it comes to WooCOmmerce, you will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.

I purchased the theme and connected it to a domain. Now the server expired and I need to rebuild the website.
If I try to use the theme it says that it is already connected with another domain. Can you deactivate the connection?

Thanks for taking an interest! Unfortunately, RTL is not supported. Anyhow all shortcodes without dynamic shortcodes should be working well on RTL.
And when it comes to Multi language you should know that all our themes are fully supported with WPL plugin for multi language purpose so please check this article here.

Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.
If you need to update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

We are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however you will be notified via email when the new update is online on ThemeForest.
The compatibility with block-based widgets (added in WordPress 5.8) was included in theme updates so theme should work correctly on latest version of WordPress.

Elements page is probably set to be parent page for your Shop Online page under Page Attributes tab for your shop page. So remove parent page from there and it should be alright.

I have bought the theme, it’s very nice and it works perfectly, but I have change the logo and still shows “panadería logo” in the home page (desktop) in mobile it shows my logo, how can I change that? also how can i create a ticket to support?

Please check the Logo settings on that page, possible the logo has been uploaded in the Home page settings which will overwrite the Global theme options.
