Having problems with Menu Visibility Plugins and for example this one describes what changes Wordpress made and have to be done to the Theme. Did you change it in an update? Hi there, is have “purchased” this theme on 28 May 2019, during a FREE download period of Themeforest (Envato), now i see that i did never get any Updates. Could you tell me how can i get Udpdates for this theme? I have a regular license but can not open a Support Ticket as the PurchaseCode in this license sa just “FREE”... Waht can i do now?

What code do we need to edit it? Please, view in Google Chrome versus mobile and you’ll see that the logo goes over the banner’s height due to the size.

Great theme! I just found a couple of bugs, it would be great if there are solutions.
1. How to set menu items (Navbar Text Transform) to normal capitalization? Not uppercase, lowercase. 2. Same with titles. It’s grammatically incorrect in other languages. 3. Can number of posts per page be different on home page and category pages? 4. Footer social icons are opened in the same page (missing target=”_blank”) 6. How to change font size for different content types (preffered, paragraph etc.)?

Below plugin is not tested with theme but if that do not overwrite WordPress and theme core features / code then that should work fine as WordPress provide higher priority to plugins over theme. You may need to style that plugin feature as per your requirements.

Hello, I want to use Paperio Theme for a website. In developpement side, no problem. When I tried on production side, I have many errors : Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started …......... When I desactivate “paperio addons”, there are no more errors. So, I think the problem is here. But I don’t have the design that I expected. Is the addon compatible with WP 5.4 ? What can I do ? Hi,
I downloaded your theme about a month ago when it was free from another account. But I made a mistake and activated it with this account.
Theme will be used with this account and for that website on which I activated it.
So, mismatch is: Paperio theme downloaded from account #1 and installed and licensed to account #2.
Is my license ok? Can continue using it without breaking any license agreements?

I downloaded this theme while it was free in October. I installed it and activated the child theme. When I went to import the demo data it gives me an error pop up that says:
“my domain says… Request failed: error”
I would consider buying this theme if it works for my site and support as well but I can’t even get it to install properly. I definitely won’t pay for something that doesn’t work.
Your support page includes information about other errors but not this one. Please advise.

When your server do not have enough speed or config for demo data import then it will get timeout in between the demo data process and generate above mentioned error.

Hi—great theme! I’ve just downloaded as a free theme from Envato, and installed for a non-profit organisation site I’m building.
I was doing some colour and font customisation, but suddenly all the icons have disappeared: search, social media (facebook, etc). back-to-top arrow icon. All gone! And I can’t seem to get them back. All I get is square boxes. How do I get the icons to show up?!?

You can try – Appearance > Customize > General Settings > Remove Third Party Font Awesome Style ( Select “Yes” ).
