I love this clean theme for its easy and rich customizability options. The support team is extremely responsive and helpful!

I really like the theme. My biggest gripe is with all the customizing ability there aren't more.I've done so much more through css, but sometimes may css changes never happen even if I make the element !important. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I wish the comments were Ajax based so a page didn't need to be redrawn. Also wish there were more "dark mode" choices for theme choices in WP appearance admin.

Hasn't been an update in a while either.

But all in all I'm happy with my purchase.

Paperio is gorgeous, and FAST and clean. It's great for my information site. It's easy for me to work on. But I had trouble and the author's support is second-to-none! My site is doing well and I will purchase again from this vendor, because the products are superb and the support is fast and thorough.

Not only is this theme easy to install and a beautiful, simple design to work with but the customer support is SUPER speedy and helpful. They've answered three of my questions within a period of 30minutes...dream team.

One of the reasons I picked this theme is because of its really cool drop downs with the ability to separate them out into sections and add images. I wish it was a bit more intuitive and that they had more documentation on how to do that, along with visuals. But other than that, I have been really happy with the theme and the customer support has been great. They always reply super fast and have resolved every one of my concerns. Often the most important part of a theme is the support behind it.

This theme is good. I have had a few minor problems with it so I don't give it 5 stars, but it was only problems I could deal with on my own.

Very nice theme, which offers a lot of options for individual design. The demo version helps at the beginning to find the right image and graphic sizes and to adjust everything appropriately - here you don't have to spend days learning how the theme works as it is the case in other Wordpress themes. In case of problems, customer support helps quickly and efficiently, even with questions that tend towards customization instead of pure support. Many thanks for that!

I was concerned about the problem that will be caused by the iPhone X screen, but creators answer this concern really fast. I am impressed with the support.

The Paperio theme is really great, very easy to use with loads of fonctionnalities.
And the customer support is just unbelievable : you ask for something and get a (useful) answer with 30 minutes maximum.

First the good -off this theme is fast. Compared to similar themes we have used for a small community newspaper its much faster and high resolution images load significantly quicker. On top of that the support crew is outstanding compared to others Ive experienced. We had several problems setting the blog up how we wanted and a issue on importing a demo. Any question we had was responded to quickly and they went beyond what we expected.
Constructive criticism I could offer would be a little more elaborate video tutorial. Especially covering the basic sections of the blog and how to edit and or customize. Second I would add a way for a suer to customize or set the images in the Featured section of the content area as opposed to 420/768/1024 or original size.
But overall great product and very responsive support team.
