I have the problem that ThemeREX Addons 1.6.53.2 is not working with Elementor Version 3.6.6. Downgrading to Elementor Version 3.5.6 works ok. How can I fix this?
is the partiso theme compatible with elementor pro?
Hi your page for Partiso says the theme has not been updated since 12 March 20. Is that correct or have you updated the theme more recently?

I have built a website using your theme back in June, and since then the website was hacked two times. When trying to access the website the following message appears: Error establishing a database connection Also been notified from Wordpress with the message: Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email. Is there any known security treat and pls instruct how to overcome it.

helllo, i purchsed your theme from envato elements, when i download and install it in wordpress and activate it, it prompts me to download themerex addons plugin which i do, when i click activate, it takes some time and brings me and error This site can’t be reachedThe connection was reset. i was using it on wampserver. what is the problem

So I just installed your theme and imported all demo content to give it a test, how do you get the nav bar on the homepage? I created a test menu and added it to main nav but the default homepage doesn’t show navigation above header?

Further down on the page for Homepage 3 where it says, “Choose a New Direction,” the text is cut off and misaligned on the page. Actually most of the page is misaligned. Here’s a screenshot of what it looks like on Chrome and Firefox: https://imgur.com/a/iJwN3o5
When I zoom out once, it seems to align properly. Not sure why it’s doing that but that’s what I’m seeing on my end. Please advise when this will be fixed. Thanks.

I am really TIRED of seeing ERRORS in this theme, the AMOUNT OF FAULTS that it has is incredible, if you modify some of the color in one place, it returns to the default color in ALL the site, I just discovered that if I change the translation of the site, the site is all set in BOXED and MANY SECTIONS DISAPPEAR, this theme is a GREAT PROBLEM FOR ME, I don’t know what else to do is a real shame.

We are much concerned about your comment as it is not clear what issues you faced. Color scheme editor is fully customizable and works properly. Making changes in language .po and .mo files cannot affect the website layout too and remove the elements.

since I am using this theme, ... I have discovered that it is the SLOWEST of all those I use, ... in the same hosting I have much heavier themes like the IMPREZA and they respond 400% FASTER, ... deactivated the PRE LOADER because that slows down even more the load of the site, ... I bought the WP ROCKET PREMIUM to try to accelerate it more, ... but the theme is VERY SLOW! I think they must IMPROVE the speed of loading the site in an URGENT way.
another ERROR that has the site, .. is every change you make in the theme options, .. the COLORS are returned to the DEFAULT version, ..... RED, ... and you have to do ALL the work again to reconfigure the COLORS.

I’ve been struggling for days without support responses. The theme is a pain in the backside compared to others I’ve used. The responsiveness of the theme does not filter to all devices, you have to physically do the layout for PC, then Laptop, then ipad and then iphone, it’s a right pain to be honest. Until they design a fully responsive theme from the one design this will be a thumbs down from me. It’s a basic in 2019.
Not entirely sure why it says supported next to purchased, but hey I guess it looks better for evanto and axiom themes.

Your support was to send me pictures of the problem, how does that constitute support? I know the problem is margins and the responsiveness as that is what I coming to you about. You want me to hide the conversation in a private ticket, but people need to know the true support they get when things go wrong.
The issue is related to the margin you’ve set – it breaks responsive design. Please follow the instructions from the ticket in order to fix the issue. Thank you
I’ve not set not margins that is my point. You make a design in PC view/mode and it does not correlate to ipad or iphone without the need of messing around with margins. You sell it as a responsive theme, which it is only if you use the templates provided the minute you amend anything within a design you risk put the other devices out of sync.
I have 20 years of wordpress experience, and never have I encountered such poor support from a theme when things go wrong. You should look at TagDiv as an author, that is how you help people.

Yes, the demo and standard content is because you’ve already customised every device, but the minute you start to customise you will run into problems. It would not be so bad, but the support is just awful. FULLY responsive is doing one design and it working on all devices, not having to do three separate layouts for all the devices.

Every time I create a custom Color palette for my site, it reverts back to the original color palette…even when I save it with a new name. It just disappears from the options.
