All in all I did not like working with Passage as a theme. I purchased it because I've worked with the developer's other theme, Bridge, and was very impressed. This theme, however, is around the same price and it has 1/10th of the power and usability of their other themes. I wish I had never purchased this product. Now I can't even upload a logo image due to glitches in the development. Not sure what happened here but I would not purchase this theme and elect instead for Bridge. Much better bang for your buck and it works like a charm.

Hello,

Passage is one of our first themes and it is using first version of our options framework, and it doesn't use Visual Composer. If you are accommodated to something better, that doesn't mean that this theme deserves just one star rating, since it is working, and also, logo and images options also works fine. When setting image, you have to add some text for the title, and then please first click on File URL button, in order to populate Link URL field, and then click on Insert into Post https://www.screencast.com/t/rrAFsSGgybs , and if you still have problem with this please submit a ticket to our support team. If Passage theme isn't satisfactory and you want to use Bridge instead we can arrange exchange and you should submit a refund request for this theme, and someone will reply to you there.

There were a few things that I didn't know how to do and the customer support was quick to respond and went above and beyond to help me. This is an easy to use template with a very clean and professional look. We have loved it.

I had a lot of problems with this Theme and it would not work correctly on any mobile device.

Hi

We contacted our developers who helped you on our support forum and we found that you complained on issue on mobile devices, but we could not replicate it.
We are doing our best to help all our users to fix issues they are experiencing. It would be great, if you could reply on your ticket with explanation with browser you are using, and some screenshot so we could reproduce the same on our side in order to fix mentioned bug.
Hopefully once all this is solved, you'd realize that our theme deserves more than one star and you'd consider changing this bad review. Thank you in advance.
