Hello to you, We bought the theme and we are using WPML to translate the page, however, the theme widgets like product list, section title, button, simple image, icon with text, testimonials list etc, are not available for translation in WPML advanced translation editor or anywhere else. I installed the Passim template and imported the cosmetic demo. After that, I checked the images on the products page are not appearing standardized in the grid, only one image appears below the other with 300px, how to solve this?

Warning: this theme not support php8.0 im getting so much error in my nginx log files :

its giving 502 bad gateway error nginx, because of this. i have tried php 7.4 version no problem at all.

Latest version of the theme is compatible with PHP 8.0. Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.

I have also the issue with the newsletter popup, it keeps showing even after disabling. I spent 30 mins opening account in your support page and creating the ticket, to find out that my support has been expired.

1. Such an option, unfortunately, does not exist within the theme. All of the options for shop and category pages are listed in Passim Core Options > WooCommerce.
2. We couldn’t reproduce this behavior. Thanks for taking an interest! The theme can be used with WPBakery as well.
Native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run import tool you will get Elementor content, however you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same shortcodes are included as well. Do note that WPBakery is not included as well there is not an option to import the demo content with WPBakery, so you will have to build the website from scratch.
