First of all theme is perfect if you sell one property, you can sell normal house or luxury villa it doesnt matter, the theme can handle everything. Now to go back to reason why 5star rating.Because in progress of making my website, i came across to a problem and open support ticket. This is a well written, easy to customize and beautiful theme for any single property or project. It's downloadable templates will get you up and running in very little time.
