I’ve just finish purchase this theme and want to install the paullhair.zip but its telling me that it expired
but the child i can install but it needs the paulhair.zip

You can install the theme on the localhost installation and then on live server. Please note that if you used your purchase code to register one installation, you are required to deregister in order to use the purchase code on a different installation.

Widgets are not loading:
The “paulhair_core_separator” block was affected by errors and may not function properly. Check the developer tools for more details.

New Widgets section which came with the newer versions of WordPress is a bit heavy on the server resources. This is the reason why you are seeing those errors. However note that those errors are not affecting your website in any way. You can simply close them and continue with making changes to your widgets. Or you can use Classic Widgets plugin which will revert Widgets section to it’s previous layout.

Hello. I’m trying to activate the theme, but it keeps waiting and doesn’t finish activating. We have tried in some environments and we comply with the php directives requested, but it keeps giving error.
From the inspector we see that it gives an error : Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘purchase_code’)
I tried to send a message to https://qodeinteractive.com/ and when I type in the purchase code it comes back as null, possibly the problem is with the purchase code.

When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Mikado) and then theme.

We have followed all the steps and we keep getting the same error.
In the fourth section, the json appears without any problem, it does not return any error.

Hi,
I am having a bit of a nightmare with this theme – I am now trying to update photos on the logo couraosel and even simple thing like changing the photos it does not give me any option to customise it on elementor to change photo.
I have looked on advanced, styling options and you cannot find a way to change the photos for the life of me.
I have now tried to contact support but apparently you have to create an account before submitting a request. It says I already have an account, although I didn’t register and when I request a password reset it says it doesn’t recognise the email?? How do I get support please help.

If you are trying to edit portfolio lists then you need to change featured images or portfolio list images for portfolio single pages. You can find more info in the documentation here.
To edit clients you should also make changes in client single posts, please check the this section of documentation.

If using a dark ( Black) background for the sticky scroll header, the drop down cart icon disappears. It’s definitely there but its not transitioning to white, even if the “light” skin is used on the header options. The “Paul Button” does the same thing with other widget options. We’re simply trying to use the light skin header option for the entire site, with a black background header for the scroll ( Sticky) header with light option as well but we need the cart, side area and button all to show when scrolling. How can we achieve that? It doesn’t make sense that the cart wouldn’t be “Light skin” just like the other widget options if the “light” skin option is chosen? We’ve already opened a ticket, but no response… #227964

i am getting this issue in paulhair core options “Please contact your hosting service and ask them to increase max_input_vars value to 3000 in order to meet the theme requirements. Then you will be able to save theme options.” please fix this issue

I am currently getting an AJAX ERROR with slider revolution when editing my slides. I have looked up a solution online and it tells me to change my MAX UPLOAD size which I have done but it still doesnt work.

I am currently having an issue in the Widgets area. Trying to change the logo in the footer and there is a bunch of widget errors populating the admin dashboard. “Check the developer tools for more details.”
When I click on the FOOTER TOP LOGO section it just spins in place.

Please note that this error is due to the server resources, as new block-based widgets added in WordPress 5.8 version require a lot higher resources.
You should just revert widgets to classic with this plugin: Classic Widgets

There is no way to save the changes under the “PaulHair Core Options” section. It needs a save button. The items don’t automatically save because I will make changes, go to a different page, and once I come back, they are whatever was originally there.
I also saw someone make an earlier comment about changing the logo and it still hasn’t been fixed. I’m not able to change the logo under Core Options or on the particular page.

Please navigate to Core Options > Logo, also if this is not being applied it can be that the options are set on that particular page. So also be sure to double check the page options for logo.
