Hi! I would like to know about updates. I keep receiving messages about critical issues with WPBakery and Slider Revolution (security vulnerabilities), and I have been very concerned about that. I had my website hacked and cloaked a few months back, so I have a real reason to worry. When could I expect an update of these plugins?

Will you be updating this theme anytime soon? I have Woo Commerce templates that are out of date and various other issues… Have you stopped supporting? Just need to know so I can look at other options. I’m not renting support for something that hasn’t been updated in a year and a half

The theme will be updated as soon as possible and we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.

Hi, I installed and used your theme on https://thepetporters.com. I expand menu items on the mobile phone, and somewhere after the 6th menu item, the menu lines become transparent and not showing white background as they should. How to fix it? See screenshot: https://gyazo.com/c11b0777f28bded4a9669522bc8d7e10 . I see in the code the height is somehow calculated and embedded as the height of 314px and not as “auto”: <nav class=”mkdf-mobile-nav” role=”navigation” style=”height: 314px; display: block;” aria-label=”Mobile Menu”>. It tried to change to auto height, and it worked. but I can’t find which file in your theme updates the height of the mobile items. I thought it would be here: framework/modules/header/types/mobile-header/templates/mobile-navigation.php, but it didn’t provide the answer. How to fix it? I had it for a long time but forgot to ask when I bought it. Please help. Thanks!!

Thanks for taking an interest! We do not own the copyright for the images featured in this theme. The images in question are only used for presentational purposes on our demos. These images cannot be used on your website, unless you purchase the license from a stock image website yourself.
You do always have an option to import the demo content which will give you access to all the content including the images which you can easily customize and replace with your own.

Pages are built with help of builder and our themes shortcodes of course.

Well first I tried to contact you on your website so I can submit some attachments for you to understand better but you don’t have this theme added to your themes selection so my license key is not well recognized by your system, anyway I’m posting my issues here on the comment.
Here are a few bugs/issues which I am facing in my website. —I import the demo but On the shop, product category page I don’t see the products images on desktop but on mobile, they are proper load. How I can fix it? —Same issue with the related products section under a single product. The images of those related products are also not shown. —The theme widget option also does not properly work without the classic widget plugin. There is also something not good with widget tab/options.
—If you open the shop page and check the sidebar there the price range filter is not shown even if I add that twice time in the widget option but all other widgets show on the sidebar but only the price filer is not shown.
—sticky header is working fine on all the pages but when you will check that sticky header on the shop page it shows different and hides the wishlist and cart tab.

In the event you purchased multiple licenses for different themes please note that it is necessary to submit multiple tickets for each theme individually. When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form shown in screenshot. First, enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Mikado) and then theme.
Follow instructions from this article and our agents will investigate this further and assist you since we do not have enough information in order to help you, and since author’s dashboard is meant for general inquiries and pre-sale questions.

In settings for Google Maps API Key please try going to Developer Console -> APIs & auth -> APIs Search for Geocoding and click on Google Maps Geocoding API -> Enable API. Do the same thing for Geolocating.

I have a problem with the “PawFriends WooCommerce Dropdown Cart” widget. When try to add it to my “Header Widget Area one” it’s not loading successfully and the following error appears at the top of the Widget menu -“The “mkdf_woocommerce_dropdown_cart” block was affected by errors and may not function properly.” and linked me to file with content “{code route was found matching the URL and request method.”,data}}”.
My idea is to reproduce the Pet shop page from your demo. Currently I’m missing the Cart and Whish list buttons in the Header menu.

Regarding the issues you have with widgets, please understand that we didn’t include compatibility with the latest version of WordPress just yet and we are working on adding compatibility for that version as well. By then install and activate Classic Widgets plugin. We hope that the update will be available soon.
