Hello, I have a question about a common and useless feature in your themes. When I open any dropdown menu and its item or search bar, I want to close these sections by clicking or touching any area on the screen to close them. Is this possible? Because, except for the place I click to open, these sections do not close and it is a troublesome situation for the visitor.

This theme is full of security issues – on the first test I was easily able to replicate a XSS and SQL injection on my site – Please refund me ASAP!

This issue is with the theme and not opencart’s core-features
You are the developer of the theme and the included addons TT-Ajax Search TT Blog All extensions that start with “TT” after installing the theme are not secure and feature loads of security issues – a quick google search of “TemplateTrip” shows sites that have these vulnerabilities and i will be reaching out to them.
I have also left a nice polite note showing XSS in action on your demo site..
Please fix these issues and issue me with a refund, before i start notifying the people from my google search about the vulnerabilities within your template.

Please, if you can not install your theme on site that has a theme before, then please refund my money. You said I should install another opencart before you can install your theme? Why? I have removed the old theme there now asking you to go go ahead to install your own. If there’s something that needs to uninstall so that you can install yours then go ahead and uninstall it in order to install your own. I have tried to delete the old theme. If you see anything that is part of the old theme remove it, so you can install your own. I can not install fresh opencart because I already have a multivendor marketplace and CSV product importer module installed on the site. And so many other modules have been installed on it too. Please try install your theme, if it can not be possible then let me have my refund and I will get another author to do it. I’m not a full blown developer, I’m still in my learning stage. Thank you.

If your theme work on here why is your theme not working with multivendor plugin? I have told you that your theme is not compatible with multivendor marketplace. We have checked it and my developer just sent a message that the issue is from the theme. And there is no modifications on the site. So if you can’t install it on my domain where I have all my data/multivendor and other data, then your theme can not be used. Hello we are waiting for your response. the directory you installed your theme can not work for us, it will cost us more money to migrate or reinstall plugins. Install the theme on our site, where all plugins are present.
you cant tell us how to operate our business. We bought theme from you and your duty is to install it on provided site or domain first time and not you creating or installing theme on directory that has no plugins nor modules.And if you cant install then make a refund since your theme cant work with 3rd parties plugins etc.
