When ever I update Elementor to 3.0.14 it crashes the site, when I disable Elementor the site come back up. So the latest 1.1.2 doesn’t seem to be compatible with the latest version of Elementor. The higherst version of Elementor that doesn’t crash site is 3.0.7

Hello, It’s a beautiful theme. My life got complicated so I wasn’t able to use it. I’m working on it now and I noticed I can’t use Elementor. I even re- uploaded theme again, but looks like Elementor blocks all usual features. They want me to go PRO to use it. I wasted 2 days because it’s redundant work. Can you tell me why I can’t use basic feature which came with theme? What do I do wrong?

I tried. But since I had not be working on your theme right away, now even basic functions don’t work there. And it says:” Sorry, support for this Envato Market purchase code has expired. You will need to extend support or purchase a new license.” So does it mean I don’t deserve basic usage of the theme? I need the theme to work even without your support. I tried to post the form but it says: Sorry, support for this Envato Market purchase code has expired. You will need to extend support or purchase a new license. Of course I’m using latest update. I could send you a screenshot if you tell me where. Please, fix the issue with the Elementor. I don’t need support, I build and manage website for last 8 years. And no theme had this issue. Don’t insult me by pointing out I would not know how to update. I even RE-installed again to make sure. Elementor is blocking people who use your theme without support, and I just checked comments above. I’m not only one who had this issue. If I don’t purchase your support, which I did for a year and never used, because my Grandma and Mom suddenly passed and I stopped to work for awhile and never implemented your theme. I need to purchase Elementor to use your theme. I’m here for 8 years. No theme ever had promised features and not delivered. If they had a bug,’no one is perfect’- they fix issue. You brush me under carpet because “ I don’t purchase your support” after I bought it for a year and never used. Please, fix your theme, or return my money.

I bought this theme because it included Elementor feature. You never mentioned we can’t build whole theme on Elementor. When I use Global settings they don’t appear on Elementor parts. And only Elementor features could be use are below basic level. And also because I thanks to your settings could only use partly Elementor, the theme other features don’t work. I need to change colors manually hundred times. And it’s not Cache issues. I had another theme from here, not such a issue. Globally set colors always showed up. Sorry, but how you gonna fix my problem instead of blaming me for it? Don’t try to imply I don’t know what I do all the times. How rude is this?
Hello, i downloaded latest version of the theme from envato elements, it is really nice but i have a hard time with the demo. Demo imports fine but home page main area is blank. I used the elementor version installed by theme, tried also older version with no luck. I tried on two different servers too. After the demo import, in elementor templates there only section templates, not the homepage template. Tried with different homepages demos too, same result, only the menu and the footer are displayed. Even if i try to manually add elementor widgets, for example slider revolution widget, it does not work, it gives no options to choose the slider you want. It seems like an incompatibility with elementor 3.x. I would appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you

I am at version 1.1.1. The theme was downloaded today from envato elements.
And what about the other plugins ( LA-Studio Core and LaStudio Elements For Elementor ) have you also updated them?
This is a new installation, all plugins were installed with the default installer included with the theme. I also tried with a clean installation toro theme, same thing happens. Do i need to update them manually from the downloaded folder?
