Can you create new ticket and let me know ticket id? So, we will resolve your issue on high priority base.
Seems there is no support for this theme at all, already 2 tickets waiting since days and no answer from anyone
After installing the thems on prestashop 1.7.4 2 modules are not showing and very essential ones

Product Hover CMS Block.
these modules are not showing in Modules section
Same thing with another module
CT – New products (its also not there)
Seems Author is dead
DONT BUY THIS THEME, MANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS AND NO ONE WOULD HELP
