Hi Support thank you for the speedy assistance with the template not loading. This has been resolved. I have setup a landing page to indicate its under development and inserted a contact form with the google maps. The map is not loading as per the error on the map itself. I have enabled all map items on the google console and inserted the API key as well on the contact page . Please can you assist.

Hi, I imported the demo content from the instructions using this link: peak-sample-data.xml. But it only brought in WooCommerce stuff. No pages, images, nothing.
Also I paid for support is there no other way to reach you than from the forums and this comment section?

Donations and payments for donations are handled via Give plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/give/. They have a number of add-ons for processing payments for donations.

Hi guys bought the theme a while ago, support expired but I am hoping that won’t be an issue for you guys to help me to correct the problem I had in the last update with the slider “get involved” in the front page. Items got separated instead of 3 pages slider with items displaying properly I have now a 4-page slider with items extremely apart and with design messed up.

I followed your installation video tutorial, brought all the demo content. I installed the theme but the css is not working. I checked the file path it is correct and everything but still don’t apply the css on the site.

You can’t update the theme from 1 year and now we are getting many of the errors please update the theme that is compatible with latest plugins and word press thanks
We are probably about 2-3 weeks from the big update with a rewrite of the framework with major performance enhancements and WP standards conformance. The massive update for Agile theme is in review queue. Once approved, it is not too difficult to port it to other themes. Thanks for checking.

Can I deactivate the preloader?
I don’t like preloaders spinning around on a blank page untill the content appear. Instead I just want the content to appear as it is loading.
Yes, you can deactivate the same in Themeoptions > General tab .
Hi. I bought a theme that depends on IgnitionDeck plugin and I hate it because I didn’t know it before I got it, that’s why no I ask before. Several questions: does this code depends of additional plugins? is this is the case: are they completely free or I need to pay for them? also, is it possible to let each project owner to setup their own paypal account in order to let them receive donations directly to their account? is it possible to show automatically all donations in one page to make transactions transparent to all public? please let me know. I’m very interested in a theme with this features. thanks.
