This theme has been nothing but a nightmare for me. I didn't notice that they use a substandard page builder and want you to pay more to upgrade the quality to enable basic page builder standards. The page builder does not allow even the most fundamental editing properties.
My demo material never fully installed and I cannot get help from the author for support. There is no way to submit a support ticket even though I paid for premium support.
I have wasted hours just trying to create a simple home page with anchor links. I have lost weeks of production because I can't get proper tech support. I will never purchase another LiveMesh theme.
I have been using WordPress theme for years now and have encountered such a bad theme/page builder.

Sorry to hear this. Looks like you are disappointed with the page builder than our theme. We chose SiteOrigin Page Builder because it was stable, popular with 4.8 out of 5 rating with over 1 million sites active installs in wordpress.org. We ourselves use the same in all our demo sites and have no issues.
I am surprised to hear that there was no way for us to get support. We provide multiple options - you can post in our support forum or send us an email via our profile page contact form here - https://themeforest.net/user/livemesh#contact which again creates a support request automatically in our helpdesk. We usually reply in 24 hours.
Peak is nice Theme but LiveMesh support and communication is very very bad: Requestings will not replied. The explanation are mistakable. We waiting for answer longer than 72 hours. Sorry, one star is to much for your support.
