Seems there is a PHP Error on your site.

1. Please check your PHP version. It should be PHP 5.6 or higher.

2. Please check your PHP Memory Limit. The recommended limit is 256MB.

3. Enable WP-DEBUG on your site and check which kind of error it's showing - https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG.

Felix was awesome at answering questions. The theme can be a hassle to work with, you will have to play around with the hosting a bit if your theme doesn't import content or install properly. Luckily, the team guided me well and were super helpful.

Probably one of my favorite themes yet, and I have dealt with countless ones.

If you are not an expert at visual composer, there will be a learning curve. So keep that in mind.

But overall, the struggle was definitely worth it.

Owk i purchased the template for my clients as i saw it featured here. I choose Company Demo for my customers then when i activate the template there is some missing like total Elements Menu & pages.
BTW i contact support for this issue & they replied so lately always. I skip for the reason i just need support to satisfy my client even i let them know that please fix the issue as soon as possible.

I provide them a temporary admin account which was signed up with my company webmail. After giving that they worked for me, i said to fix layerslider activation error, elements pages with Menu items & slider errors bla bla.

They replied like this " Regarding elements menu, we can't element pages because it's a demo part, but we can add menu items with empty links, so it is required for you? "

Seriously , i person asking for help to create empty links in menu items ??? are they crack or i am really ???

Owk when i reply again for support issue - now what they did

they change my main admin id with email also !!! Seriously they did it.
Another thing, they opened another new admin id with their email address also.
Ans i notified this after checking my database just because of when i couldn't login in using admin link & i want to reset it with my mail it said nothing with the mail i input !!!!

How lame & sick type of support this is !!!

BTW i am the CEO of a IT Farm, i know the support system even i always respect my clients need. If they need another admin id they could ask me , but why they changed my main admin email with password also ???

Thanks for doing nothing & i dnt need your 6months free support. cause i can help myself & dnt even think again to purchase from this bullshit buyer.
